Australian Assetto Corsa League, Tuesday nights / Re: Last kart practice - Sep 27« on: September 30, 2022, 09:23:56 AM »I'm too slow, I just kept getting rear-ended, which isn't fun for either involved.Whats the make and model of your wheel Bacchulum? I'm pretty sure its this one https://fanatec.com/media/pdf/e4/be/bf/CSR-ManualARn4YObl0pRFP.pdf I posted this link is Discord on Tuesday. It shows how to change the wheel sensitivity (degrees) just using the buttons on the wheel. 62
Australian Assetto Corsa League, Tuesday nights / Re: A few all-time stat updates« on: September 27, 2022, 03:48:29 PM »Another thing could be that a lot of the online gaming world seems to be moving to Discord to organise their groups instead of the old forums. Maybe something else to pursue. A Facebook group could be a way to get more people in. Pretty sure ROOZ have one. 63

I probably won't make tonight. I'm still coming off covid and afternoons/evenings are a bit of a struggle. Have major brain fog which isn't going to help much with racing.

I wanted to get zwift but the bike I got only supported iFit. IFit is pretty good I used it to drop 14kg of covid weight. Haven't used it much since. I recently got a bench and some weights. I used to go to the gym a lot until the kids got too much to handle haha

The slow parts are a bit of a challenge. Not sure how Brad got that last sector time without cutting the chicane! Really not much room for error without getting a cut there. I take it super slow.

I was driving way to hard trying to catch you in that last race and making too many mistakes in the process. I think the gap got up to 3 seconds at one stage. Was only towards the end of the race I seemed to get my groove back and closed the gap, but not enough laps left by that stage! Still you've been super fast and consistent all season; it hasn't made it easy.

Sounding like I should have already downloaded the track by now!

Australian Assetto Corsa League, Tuesday nights / Re: S43R6 - Sveg Raceway« on: August 17, 2022, 04:29:29 PM »Good nights racing. Pictured running 3 wide into the right hander . . . the only time I saw Joe and Brad all night That was good. The still image doesn't really show what's its like braking from that speed 3 wide into that corner 71

Hardware & Reviews / Re: Fanatec Wheel Wall Mount« on: August 15, 2022, 08:31:28 AM »Everything I've printed has started to fall apart, could be the pla I used, the print settings or just fatigue over time. I think pla+ or abs is recommended for longer lasting and/or sturdy applications. Just be cautious hanging expensive, heavy equipment like this. Maybe your settings. I printed that mount with high infill (can't remember what exactly), and its pretty solid. When I print models to paint which I've been doing a lot of I only use 8% infill. 73

Man if you were already that fast with a single monitor, we're in real trouble now. Triples was the first upgrade I did and the biggest difference by a long shot.

Australian Assetto Corsa League, Tuesday nights / Re: S43R5 - Londrina« on: August 09, 2022, 08:14:40 AM »I thought I had a pretty good time on the practice server. Then along came Joe... Not too sure where that lap came from. I was getting closers to the .1s and was telling myself it was probably possible, then got that lap. |
