Helicorsa does work in VR.. but I was pretty busy keeping an eye out for Doobs trying to make sure we both had some room

heading into the corner, didn't see Bachullum until the crunch  :o  Not a real good night for me, had an incident in race 1 as well but

that's racing  ;D Had some great battles early on though. Dave O.

As a separate issue:
I don't know who was doing the speaking on Teamspeak, but could you please keep your indignance and outrage for after the race, and do it here; or don't push your button and make your significant other listen to it. I know it's frustrating, but I'm not interested in hearing it during the race. I'm trying not to hit people, avoid accidents, and drive as fast as my slow arse can manage.
Cheers

ok i missed it then

If you mean me raging, Sorry, I very rarely speak during a race, it takes a decent grievance for me to speak up , but if it needs saying I will say it
I am sorry you cannot concentrate with some background noise, I have music blaring during a race and forgot not everyone does that

I agree with doobs here, and it wasn't you Phil; you waited till after the race. It was very early on. Not sure who it was as was a voice I didn't recognize. It sets up a negative atmosphere for the whole race.

Sorry Phil, I meant during the race.
What Joe said.

Bacchulum and Dave O, It was a series of unfortunate events and I thought it was all great racing.....up to the point my teammate cannon punted me.  LOL

The replay issue got me too, I have only race 2. I had a good night, thanks to all.
With the least amount of restriction I was kinda fast and was thinking about the restrictor regulation. Maybe, to keep the field closer particularly over the longer races we could decrease the range of restriction, say between 15 to 85 or something. That way also, the difference in speed of the cars is not as dramatic. Not trying to change the rules or anything, especially at this stage of the season, but just making the suggestion for future seasons if any of you think it might work.
Race 1 not the best start after snagging pole at the last second, then ran wide at double apex. Lost a couple of spots which I managed to get back. Tried to hunt down first but too far back.
Race 2 got a blazing start, at least it felt like it and seemed I just had to keep it tidy and stay on track. The tidy part, well that's just not me lol. Trying to manage tyres while looking at rear view allowed Mael to gain on me. A few minor mistakes but nothing drastic.
During race 1 near the back hairpin I was side-by-side with someone (Phil?) we rubbed door panels, they ran wide and spun I think. Sorry if I was part of that but I was in the middle of a three wide situation and I had nowhere to go.
Thanks to everyone making it fun and the guys who run these adrenalin sessions.

Although when you look at it, Phil on 100% restrictor was still managing a 1:56.9, which was still faster than a lot of other people's best laps.

Seems like nobody is able to post the replay for Race 1???

I'm not claiming innocence here, but I cannot remember anything about the incidents that I have been penalised for. I would just like to be able to see the footage.

Yep, that's it. Thanks Phil.

I can confirm that I bumped Phil off the track. I do remember the incident, but I had no idea it was Phil or that I was in the wrong at the time, hence my confusion.
I could say a lot about this incident, but I won't .... except ...
At the time I had no idea what car was near me and watching from my driving view I couldn't even see Phil's car (even with my triple screens). For some reason Phil's car also didn't show up on Helicorsa (in the replay, so I assume it was the same live) where the other cars around me did. I was trying to take particular care with the cars I could see at the time. I notice on the replay that my car showed in Helicorsa for Phil, but his car didn't show for me ???

Anyway, I had some good racing which is the main thing :)

Race 1 one drive link
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AsrTwqxQ1H9ag75AqTfLzG74HP8Ubw
Well I watched the video and yes there was a small touch so I suppose I have to take a penalty.
Then of course if he Phil8 had caught the slide then there probably wouldn't have been a penalty . . . so do we blame him! :) :)
