New video card, pretty happy with it so far.
Intel i5-4670K @ 3.40
Asrock Z87 Extreme 3
G Skill Ripjaws  2x4 GB
Sapphire ATI R9 290

3x LG 24" monitors @ 5760x1080

2 laps around Monza into the Lotus gave me 90-105 fps with the time set to 12:00
@ 18:00 I got about 70-80FPS I guess due to having to render lots of shadows.
Still only the inital drivers off the disc, and the default settings that it chose to install for me. So hopefully I can extract another 5-10% out of that after tinkering.

I used these settings Bird, got major flickering but that was cured by increasing 'faces per frame' to 4.
Now I run at 95-100fps or back at 55-60 with everything maxed (including HDR). ;)

Interestingly, I've updated the driver to the latest whql (331) and the flickering is now contained to certain places, like roadside boards, whereas previously the car cockpit was mostly flickering.   Still not 'good' just 'acceptably crap' ;)

Mate it's a complete bargain currently, $30 on steam: (daily sale, so jump on quick)

But keep in mind it's hotlapping only currently.  It looks AI is in the pipeline and multiplayer will probably come last.

Great!

Btw some of the new cars are just friggen fantastic.
I drove the F40 and the BMW M3 E30 Group A today, both are great fun to throw around.

I love this sim.  It's so easy to drive yet hard to drive fast, and you can just feel everything...yeah, love it. :)

Got it last night, looks amazing and still runs quite nicely on my old cards. I haven't played it enough but do the tire's still flat spot?

No flatspotting (yet).
