Just the wheels. AC can't do different configs like rFactor et all can. :'(
Same with the 308 FF, 2002, Celica and two of the 320(not the 320i). You can drop one of each if you like.

Phil, please only load the following cars for this round.
To honour the USA only overweight cars are eligible this round.

Facetti 308 Carma FF
BMW M1
Porsche 930/76 K2
Porsche 930/80 K3
Porsche 935/78
Ferrari 512BB LM

Iff you have happened to drive all these cars before(anyone?) then bad luck you can waive the 'use only once' rule.

[Remember the final round has a free car choice and all cars will be available, pick your favourite and/or the quickest car for the track.]

PATCH has been UPDATED.

 :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*

The previous patch tweaked the drag ratios this patch equalises the power/weight ratios.
Hopefully this will even things up a bit otherwise the last round would have seen everyone in a Lancia.  :-[

Need to pick a new car if you want, but there is enough of everything that everyone should get the car they want on the night

Shouldn't need to Phil, after the mismatches we suffered earlier I think we found the server only needs the car folder names, which don't change in a patch as if I did change them I would upload a new MAIN version.

Where's the blue oval? Surely there'd have to be a Ford option, seeing we're stateside?

We have come this far with the Status Quo, we may as well carry on till the end, otherwise it may feel like a hollow season championship win for Bacchulum.

The big bangers weren't getting enough love so I've forced them on this week. With the new patch they should be a bit better. With Austria being the last round it may be one of these cars you choose for the high speeds there?

Was trying out the M1 at Sebring and the engine is flashing red in the damage graphic at around 5000 rpm when redline is

around 8500rpm ?? Only seems to happen with turbo on 100%, on 90% all was fine. Am running the new patch. anyone else

seeing this ?  Cheers Dave O.

As a side effect of the organisations nefarious meddling with homologation, I'm not so sure Bacchulum had a 'choice'.   :o

And it's not real Porsche, as AC can't see that the engine is on the wrong side of the rear axle, just that the CoG is further back than 'normal'.

Can I have the Facetti please? Will See if it likes corners unlike that horrid M1 from last week.

Hopefully I'll have my new Ryzen 2600 based computer up and running properly by Thursday night.
I'm going to shove Assetto Corsa on the new M2 NVME drive I have bought, should load a lot quicker on that.
Same Video card as before, GTX1070, no need to upgrade that. First cpu/mobo upgrade since 2010.

QUESTION ???
I noticed on the practice server there is a Porsche 935/77 but I didn't see it on the list of eligible cars from a post earlier in this thread. Is this a car we can use ? If so, I'd like one.

Should be the /78 as the /77 weighs less than a tonne and will have too great an advantage over the others.

ah....that would explain why it so was much nicer to drive. Might be something to watch for on Thursday as I automatically thought it was an option as it was selectable when joining the practice server.

I am in the process of selling my house and there is a big chance I wont make it tonight,  the server is ready for race 1 and I have sent Wally a link to the configs to race 2 if he would be so kind to restart the server if I don't make it.
I hope to make it for race 2 at least, but not sure.

Well, it appears my BSOD issues have nothing to do with my new computer, but my G25.  That's typical, I mention something about still using an old G25 and
then I get a BSOD followed by noticing a burning smell.
I suspect that it was pulling too much current through the USB 3.1 connector and that resulted in the BSOD.

Interestingly I hadn't noticed it playing up, just the smell. I'll pull it apart and see if it's something nice like the brushes needing replacing, if not
then I'll get a new wheel.

It's good to find the cause, and an excuse for a new wheel is a good thing :)
A burning smell near your PC is always alarming though.

yeah, it all still works fine. I did scare the crap out of me a bit especially as it's a new cpu/ram/mobo/nvme ssd.
I'll have a look at the wheel this weekend. I'd like to keep it going somehow as I occasionally do a bit of retrogaming on old pc's and the
G25 will work on everything from Win98 up to Win10.

What is the problem with your Discord Rob? maybe someone here could help :)

Hey Denis, been working on it most of today. Googled every fix but nothing seems to work. There are quite a few Threads on it so it is not that uncommon.

By default, when Discord starts up it runs an update.exe file. At this point it fails to update and just goes into an endless loop of looking and failing to update.

Downloaded latest version, uninstalled several times, restarted the pc several times, renamed the update.exe file, checked Firewall and virus programs checked with Malwarebytes and Spybot. Nothing seems to work.

I'm officially open to suggestions

Could try going into control panel, programs, and run the repair on any of the .net or c++ things that can be repaired
