Congratulations to me on pole and three race wins. Prior to this round, I've had 5 wins out of 342 races!

Lap 1 Penalties
Race 1
The turn 1 impacts are a bit hard to unravel. Bradc was turning in tight from the left of track, and moved too far to the inside of the corner. At the same time, RussG was under locked brakes on the inside and hit the side of Brad, and then on into ab156, spinning him. Because ab156 was so disadvantaged, a half fine of $150 goes to each of Brad (for not staying on his side of the track in turn 1) and Russ (for hitting Brad under locked brakes).

BradC ran into the back of Killagorilla and spun him - $300 fine.

Race 2
Impact between BradC and AbleArcher was side by side mid-corner – racing incident.

Season Standings

The first round of the "rent a sports car" season sees the entry level Nissan Skyline, BMW Z4 and Ford Mustang battling it out at Paul Ricard WTCC.

Three sprints of 11 laps. The (real world) weather is cool... 15, 18 and 18 degrees.

I'm actually leaning towards the Nissan so far, but I want to do a bit more testing.

Also, Phil hasn't done any Mustang laps yet  :o

Look at the date and time Wally, I don't think there was anything comfortable about that lap. :P

No idea how you can do 1:45's with the Z4 or the Nissan...I'm doing 1:48's. Nissan drives nice (but slow with me behind the steering wheel), the Z4 has bad oversteering at entries...and the Mustang just wants to go straight  ;)
Doesn't look good for me.

Set up wise in the Nissan, I've gone full negative camber and no rear wing.
