Is p or stracker running? So we can see how other guys r doing?
We can also do it old-school and post your times on a 18 degree track here.

I do not think my laps are of much significance, but I can say my best laps in long stints on Marty's server (race 2 conditions) were in the 1.41.low. I did some optimal conditions laps and could go to 1.40.3, but in a not-too-good second lap on softs.

I will load current latest stracker just on the prac server when I get hone tonight. You will need the latest experimental ptracker to get it to work but will post links once I find versions needed.

With 21kg ballast (for being 8th in the championship), I've done 1:42.1 on mediums in the GX.

are we carrying Ballast weight through to this one?

The way it works is that in race 1, the top 10 in the season standings get ballast according to their standing. Then in race 2, the top 10 finishers of race 1 get ballast according to their race 1 finish position.

I've updated the season standings post to show ballast:

Unfortunatly not having much luck getting stracker experimental to work well and here is what Neys said in his stracker thread.

You have to use different ports for each server (exchange the numbers 11000 and 12000 by something else for each of your servers). However, I'd recommend to wait for next version, because 3.0.1 will not work smoothly with latest server version.

So pretty much for my config I just need to wait for the next build of stracker to work properly on a multi server setup.

Well I assume I'm goiong to be the slowest but at the moment my best is a 1:42:6. And an average of 1:44.
Still need to learn the track but the more time I spent on it the more time I find on each corner.
It seems like nearly every corner benefits from an early turn in?

Stracker is running on the server for now, you will need ptracker v3 experimental in order to connect to it.

Nobody has run any laps yet with it on but should show here once some do.

Keep half an eye on the weather forecast for Tuesday here: http://www.myweather2.com/Motor-Racing/Netherlands/Zandvoort-Circuit.aspx
We race at 10:00 and 13:00. It may be drizzly... this will reduce the track grip.

Here's my grip rule of thumb for rain that I've tested, that feels like the grip in rain in NKP:

Damp track: 85% grip
Wet track: 75% grip
Very wet track: 65% grip

I hope we get a very wet day one round. I miss that white-knuckle racing :)

Raceline on this trace is critical (every track is) but this one seems like it's even more so. I'm averaging low 1.42 high 1.41
PB was a low 1.41 with a full tank racing grat around :P

So I can feel a 1.40 is there for me if the stars align, but will get tricky with less grip.  ;D

Shouod I load the modded track on the practice server or does it nit really make any difference. After all its unlikely there will be 18 or more guys on the practice server at any point.
