Season 28 will be in the GPL '67 F1 mod.
Mod Installation
Download link: HERE (http://www.mediafire.com/file/sz9937gkwgkenhg/20190416+AC+1967+Grand+Prix+Legends+Mod+v2.20.rar) (version 2.20).
The GPL mod has special installation notes for the Lotus 49 and Ferrari 312, which is to copy the original AC .kn5 file for these 2 cars into the GPL folder:
Installation Notes: Unpack to: ...\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars
NOTE ON INSTALLATION OF THE LOTUS 49:
You need the original kunos Lotus 49 install file:
1. Extract folders content and texture to your AC install: ...\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\
2. Goto …\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars\lotus_49
3. In this folder: Copy the lotus_49.kn5 file
4. Within \cars folder, goto \ gpl67_lotus_49 5. Paste lotus_49.kn5 here!
NOTE ON INSTALLATION OF THE Ferrari 312: You need the Ferrari DLC pack from steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/675590/Assetto_Corsa__Ferrari_70th_Anniversary_Pack (https://store.steampowered.com/app/675590/Assetto_Corsa__Ferrari_70th_Anniversary_Pack) /
Ferrari 312 install file:
1. Extract folders content and texture to your AC install: ...\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\
2. Goto: ..\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\content\cars\ ks_ferrari_312_67
3. In this folder: Copy the ferrari_312_67.kn5 file
4. Within \cars folder, goto \ gpl67_ferrari_312
5. Paste ferrari_312_67.kn5 here!
Sign Up
To sign up, go to the XGN Car Dealer (https://xgnsimracing.com.au/home), and sign up for season 28. Once you've signed up, go to the Car Dealer page and choose a car. All cars are "free", so you can choose whatever car you like.
Car Selection
You can choose a different car in the Car Dealer every round if you want to, or you can just not do anything and drive the same car all season. It's up to you. Just make sure you choose your car by Tuesday, 6:00pm Eastern.
Schedule
You can see the season track schedule HERE (https://xgnsimracing.com.au/season/schedule). Season starts May 7.
Race Format
Most rounds will be 3 sprints, with the longer tracks having 2 sprints.
There will be a qualifying session, and then a progressive grid for the following races (start in last race finishing order).
There will be no damage restrictor, no success ballast, and no earnings (all cars are free).
Damage will be 50%.
Points
3 sprint rounds: 40,38,36,34,32,30,28,26,24,22,20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2
2 sprint rounds: 60,57,54,51,48,45,42,39,36,33,30,27,24,21,18,15,12,9,6,3
Bonus points for pole and fastest race lap.
Worst round dropped.
Penalties
Any opening lap infringement will be penalised by 30 kg ballast for the next race 1 only.

I find them all different. I posted the power to weight ratios in another thread - they differ. I find the Brabham and Eagle unstable under brakes, and unstable in corners. The Lotus and the Cooper are a bit oversteery. The McLaren and Honda are a bit understeery. The Ferrari is... nice. This is how I find them all with fairly default setups. You might be able to settle them down with setup.

You don't have to post your car choices here - you have to do it in the car dealer.

Is this happening or the OP of swapping every round?
I'd prefer this, but only if you're outside the top ten (if you're in it you're clearly not hating the car).
Those who don't have the time to learn a new car each week (the prime car for the track), will be disadvantaged.
Plus, I'd like to see how the driver/car combo strengths/weaknesses play out over the season of differing tracks. 8)

No, that's outdated. I'll fix it. Like GzeroD said, you can swap whenever you want, or not swap at all if you choose.

Infinity+1 - Seanus & Doobs
Maki Engineering - Freezer & Mael
Aleph Null Ltd - Bacchulum & ??
How do you want to shuffle Infinity + 1 and Aleph Null?

I haven't thought about Infinity+1, but doobs is back and Roo has no teamie, so that would work.
