Just realised that I want be around for next weeks final round!  :(
Shame . . I was holding out hope to jump AGK for the third spot on the ladder.
Hopefully enough points left for Maki Engineering to keep the Teams Championship spot!

Based on Wally's time it looks like the Volvo isn't doing too shabby there...good top speed too. Hmm...higher gear ratio means crappy starts for us anyway...

Monza looks like another unfriendly track for the Jaguar. Those straights are just far too short

With stuff all cars (apart from all those fast Nissan’s) to race with tonight and the Jaguar being so slow there was little point bothering to race tonight. A sad end really as these cars have on the bigger part been a lot of fun, but as practice and qualifying showed the Jaguar was clearest the slowest out there being over 1/2 second a lap slower than 2nd last on my absolute best lap. Sadly my quickest lap was done with my Winton set up of full wings and short diff which says to me something isn’t right with this mod.....Even with a draft in practice I was unable to hang on to it regardless of which car it was. So not a rage quit for me but more of a boredom quit because running around so far off the pace was just plain boring....

What a come down after winning at Laguna. The car felt horrible here. I should have stayed with the default setup.

Still, I had some entertaining racing banging doors with Simone, and also being chased by AGK. In both races, the car got progressively harder and harder to brake consistently, losing me spots and seeing me finish effectively last.

Well, my starts weren't too bad actually. I managed to keep my position in both races.
A silly mistake in Lesmo 2 where I ran out of tarmac at the exit cost me P2 in the second last lap of race 1, but that was my only excursion off track...almost surprised about that.
The Volvo has issues re top speed, but it is really fun to drive.
Cheers Wally...GT3's next  ;)

I knew without Freezer it was going to be difficult to keep Joe contained and so it proved to be!

Worked had but had the pace to match Killa but not Joe, he had enough pace to slowly pull away every lap.

But Maki Engineering took the important team championship, so congrads to Freezer and me  ;D
