I couldn't get servers in kunos' lobby, but connected through Content Manager.
But as soon as I hit the track I lost connection.
CM can't contact the server anymore. :(

Had fun annoying Mael at the start but I was using too much juice, so concentrated on beating Wally.
A slow in lap let him by but I was just teeing him up when I disco'ed, :(
Can't remember disco'ing in AC before......

LOL  Not sure if it was me annoying you!  Apologies for the contact in that first chicane, it is a corner that always does my head in. Got a surprising amount of damage front and rear from that scuffle. I had a spin by my lonesome later in the race at that chicane which probably cost be a place to Diehard.

Sorry Freezer! What can I say...feel shit about it. I know you're getting that sort of treatment almost every race and that makes it even worse :-(
Had a bad start and then quite a battle with Jeremy which messed up my race a bit.
Congrats to the winners.

That was a fun strategic race. Early on I was playing KERS cat and mouse with Mael for a bit, swapping positions, but his superior pace soon allowed him to pull away with an untouchable gap. Then it was Bacchulum's turn, with us again using the boost in different places to gain an advantage here and there, which was interesting when also dicing with GT3's. Since I was on Bacchulum's tail, I decided to pit before him and try the undercut, which worked out OK as I was in front of him after he came out of his pit stop. A bit of well placed lapped traffic and slower LMP1s helped me to put a few cars between myself and him. Bacchulum eventually caught up again and it would have been a great battle but for his unfortunate disco.

Sorry if I gave anyone a heart attack in the fast righthand sweeper. I didn't touch anyone, but might have made some GT3s think twice about their racing line. The LMP1s take that corner at 290 kph, and it's a split second decision whether to commit or pull out of making the corner.

Not the best night for me. Spent the first half of practice wondering why I was so off the pace before realising I hadn't changed the tyres to softs.

Had a pretty good start but it got pretty busy into T1 so backed off a bit. I was running lower aero which seemed to give me a good advantage on the straights, but it did make T1 a little trickier. Was going along nicely in a pack and took T1 a little fast; front end went light and oversteered into the barrier. I had to wait for quite a few people to go by before rejoining.

Had a little chase on Shameless until I crashed myself again. I had some pace on the start finish straight and was slightly overlapped but decided to fall back for T1 but must have timed it wrong and gave Shameless a little tap but was enough to send me spinning into the barrier again.

After my pitstop I had a good few laps battling with Arron and Rexology. Once I was past them the rest of the GT3s were too far ahead to catch.

After having to miss 2 races I struggled with motivation to practice much and didn't really have the gearing or the setup tuned properly for the track.  I kept pressure on Aaron Thomas in the opening laps and tried to get up his inside into the chicane but he kept applying the pressure back.. after about 4 tries I finally got far enough ahead and it almost ended in disaster as he tried to out brake me again on the outside but couldnt pull it up so he spun off and I took the position. I had Joe all over me in the corners, I was determined to be defensive for a few laps at least. His tap didn't unsettle me at all but spun himself off.

I made it to 19th but had a brain fade in the pits to back to 23rd. Made it back up to 20th after passing rob in the closing laps.

Good race by the LMPs, good to see some patience in the chicanes guys.

Not my best track but looking forward to the next 2 races.. congrats to the winners of both classes :)

Thanks Wally.
I had a great close race with Freezer for the first half of the Race, thanks for the close racing again Freezer !! Love that Skin !!
A little lonely after the Pit Stop for the second half of the Race with Phil flying toward the closing stages, I'm just glad it wasn't a couple more Laps.
See you next week.

As you guys pointed out, I seemed to have an advantage on the single lap, but I knew that the race would have been harder. In fact, it was even harder than expected, as it took me a few laps to learn how to deal with traffic in those fast bends. The first attempt was a disaster, and found myself with 3 cuts and in 3rd position with almost 50 minutes to go. I did not drive well after that, but I managed to get a pass on Matthew a little before the pit stop and build a minimal pillow between me and him. After that, I started to drive a bit better, and it seemed I found out a few "safe" lines to pass the GT3s. That said, every GT3 was a stress, with 3 cuts on the bag,... but it worked out ok.

All in all, definitely my best season so far. I do not like too much driving with my thumb, but the cars are nice and the traffic was definitely a huge challenge. Only remorse is that with only 4 races out of 7 I have no chance at a podium even this season... Oh, well...

Big THANK YOU! to Wally for another amazing season.

Not sure about the start but I heard "Go go go" hit the loud pedal and shot from 4th to 1st of the GT3's.  Did the others miss the jump?  Not sure....
The race progressed pretty well with DC behind until the pit stop.  Despite a clean stop I came out behind DC, and by a reasonable margin.
Had a good battle with Phil who eventually got by and not long after copped my mandatory hit and spin which whilst not costing a spot, put the two or three
cars right on my tail.  I think the hit cost me some speed as I couldn't match the speed of the first half of the race and eventually lost a few more spots to come
home 15th.
Weirdly I went up one spot in the standings, which after another lost opportunity seems strange!

It might be the dropped round somehow, when people's worst rounds can change week to week.
