The only thing you may want to change though is have reverse grid in season order each race. With new starters at the back. Otherwise quicker guys with 1 bad race would start at the front of the field if going on last race results. This tends to give that guy a boring hotlap session easy win.The only issue with the reverse grid races is some guys up front not used to it will get forced into battles. Its either this or they get stuck at the back lapping on their own. If the faster guys dont try their best to avoid any contact when getting through the field though these slower guys will hate being used as a piniata and likely quit the season.
