Hey guys, although I've been having a break from racing I try to keep up with the latest news. And I don't believe this has been posted before.

Those old enough to remember Dave-O (Dave O'Shea) will be saddened to learn that he passed away last July. I received a Christmas card from his family with a letter giving me the news. I remember racing with Dave and he was always the perfect gentleman and, like me, was happy just having fun toodling around at the rear of the field.

Unfortunately we've lost another one. RIP Dave.

Very very sad Rob, I remember his vocalisations during racing , they added a lot to the evenings .

Oh, that's a bit of a shock! Yes, he was always a gentleman.
