Hope You all had some good racing. I managed to unbrick my motherboard by doing what MSI says not to do.
I pulled the USB stick out mid flash which normally would brick it further, if that's possible. Then did
the flash again which worked.

Sorry Guys but a Bios update has turned my motherboard into a brick with pretty coloured lights.
Worst case scenario I'll have to RMA the board, but old motherboard/cpu combo for next week
if that's the case.  >:( :(

Should this be 29/11/18 ??

A night of opposite halves for me.  I'm mostly blaming myself for what happened in race 1 as I kept my foot in it where I should have backed off
to get back on the track safely. As it was the car ended up jumping off a grass mound which somehow damaged the car causing the front left to
fall under the track, eventually the whole car went so had to shut down acs.exe in task manager.

Race 2 a rare Win for me. Phil was definitely faster with a 1.38 but somehow a combination of mistakes from both meant the positions stayed the same.
I watched the replay a bit afterwards, I was running different gearing than most which gave me higher speeds on the pit straight, 164k's, but probably
slower elsewhere. Sorry for thinking You were holding back Phil, but one gets strange ideas in the head whilst watching the rear view mirror.

Bit late but MTX 106 Please

A bit late here but can I have a Ferrari 512 thanks

After last weeks BSOD problems it seems my G25 is innocent, but I have dismanted it and cleaned out the motors.
I gave up trying to pull the back off thr motors, too difficult, and just sprayed some contact cleaner in there.

My cpu I think was undervolting and causing the blue screens.
See what happens. If I disappear that's what it wil be again.

Well, it appears my BSOD issues have nothing to do with my new computer, but my G25.  That's typical, I mention something about still using an old G25 and
then I get a BSOD followed by noticing a burning smell.
I suspect that it was pulling too much current through the USB 3.1 connector and that resulted in the BSOD.

Interestingly I hadn't noticed it playing up, just the smell. I'll pull it apart and see if it's something nice like the brushes needing replacing, if not
then I'll get a new wheel.
Hope that hasn't caused any problems with the new pc. Does the port still work?

yeah, it all still works fine. I did scare the crap out of me a bit especially as it's a new cpu/ram/mobo/nvme ssd.
I'll have a look at the wheel this weekend. I'd like to keep it going somehow as I occasionally do a bit of retrogaming on old pc's and the
G25 will work on everything from Win98 up to Win10.

Can I have the Facetti please? Will See if it likes corners unlike that horrid M1 from last week.

Hopefully I'll have my new Ryzen 2600 based computer up and running properly by Thursday night.
I'm going to shove Assetto Corsa on the new M2 NVME drive I have bought, should load a lot quicker on that.
Same Video card as before, GTX1070, no need to upgrade that. First cpu/mobo upgrade since 2010.

Getting a bit late I know, but can I have a BMW m1 please?

I finally sorted the track issue, I had another folder called Monza, so just renamed that Monza2 then this one won't have any problems.

I don't remember trying the BMW 2002, so will give that a go if possible.

Hi,

Can I have a Celica please. No idea what that's like but might as well give it a go.

Apologies to Wally for the punt in Race 2. I did take a look a few times in the replay, I braked the same place as the previous lap (in hindsight maybe a bit too late) and You
appeared to lock up before the corner, next You were collected by Gratulin upon reentering.  I probaby should have kept going as I didn't
realise there had been a second coming together.

Race 3 was great fun trying to hold off Phil, and if it weren't for the last corner before the pit straight You would have had me laps earlier.
Eventually I braked too late and went off, then was too ambitious reentering and let Daveo past.
Enjoyed being competitive for a change, and not a bad result considering almost no practise.

I bought it ages ago too when it was $16 or something like that.
It's good fun but does require a decent video card.
It has Lan support which is extremely rare these days.
