We are talking about the Assetto  Corsa in-game friends leader board?
I've got quite a few of you on my friend list now. but only one of you is showing up in-game. Should I keep scratching my head about it?
Not that i'm going to be threatening your times just yet...

Yep, that one. I see about 6 or so names usually. Maybe friends just haven't set times at the same car/track combos as you?

I just noticed in Qually it doesnt work, isnt qualy the only real hotlap mode so it should surely work there. Maybe only registers times in single player hotlap mode but I dont see any reason it cant do it from any session as long as penalties are on or its doing its own lap invalidation checks. Would be good if it gave a best lap for each session for friends so you can see their times in pracitce/hotlap/qualy/race to see how they go in each session not just in a solo hotlap which really doesnt say that much.

Also not sure if you need to run the app for times to register but again it should just save times without needing the app running in any session, as is its quite pointless atm.

I don't think you need to run the app for times to register but I'm pretty sure it only picks up times in single player hotlap mode.

I only ever really look at it in hotlap mode. I like practising in hotlap mode to chase my ghost.

I just did a time on the server which then showed up on the friends leaderboard when I went into hotlap mode. At least I think that is what happened.

Just checked my server times are faster then whats shown there so it must be only hotlap mode laps counting.

You can also use the Steam group Wally set up for us to add people to the friend list.
