Horrible, horrible torsion bars.
Allow me to rephrase; Horrible, horrible lateral torsion bars

The long version isn't hard to learn, but a lap is 4 min+, which might be a bit long. Maybe an intermediate layout would be better.
I won't make this one as I am attending a Sim Racing event that a mate is organising at the Microsoft store in Sydney
My mate works there and has just started running them and they're now going to be a monthly thing. At the moment it's just two rigs; he has one set up for basically a hotlapping competition and the other is just there for people to muck around on and try it out. Was good fun tonight
Will post somewhere around when I find out when the next one is (probably will be about mid March).
You should see Cornish roads
Very similar to a lot of the roads I drove on in Scotland. Most of them also had 60 or 70mph speed limits and under those bushes were rock walls...

Then chased AJ to finish only 0.29 behind him, in 7th where I qualified.
My tyres were almost falling off the wheels by this point, two more turns and you would have had me for sure

Well that has to be my best Tuesday night round so far points wise, and consistency wise. I wonder if those two things correlate Only went off track once across both races which is almost completely unprecedented. Just found a real rhythm with this car and track combo tonight and really enjoyed myself, even though for the most part of both races there was a fair gap in front and behind me.
+1Not really. If you'd rather quit than wait 4 laps for the next race, or even just do a handful of laps on your own then why are you here.
Nah you're alright mate. That was obviously an honest mistake

Well personally I quit in the 2nd race tonight after 2 or 3 restarts because of the same few people binning it in turn one and then being forced into the wall a couple of turns later we finally had a relatively almost clean-ish start.
I do find it funny how the same people seem to be the ones complaining about crashes happening in the first turn every other race. I wonder if any of them stop to think about why they seem to always be the ones involved in those crashes?
