At the moment I put my name down here http://members.iracing.com/jforum/posts/list/3228900.page

It is very competitive, with good drivers,60 min races, with fuel comsuption(don't know if you are aware but in the "track" version there is the possibility to use mod 1 and mod 2 fuel usage) and yes I love these club tournament because there are no safety rating or irating penalties involved.    I have not collected a single point in 3 races...bugger  :-X

But ye,,,i llllove competing and I will participate in the official series with the "Track" version, you got to have a B license for it though,if you read the season schedule you`ll find the track and the Mc Laren racing together.

The Porsche C-spec  will have its own season, and you`ll need a C license, actually it would be interesting racing only with one car,,i am not fund of mixing cars.

nice video mr fox,are you using a sequential gear box?...it does not sound like it,but very good, and yes you are turning a bit early    ::)

I wish I could learn to use a gear stick while racing these beasts,it would be the real deal, especially without any help from the game,no auto clutch,no auto blip,,no nothing...hhhaargghh I ll never be a real sim racer!!! :(

I have only tried the "track" one,it seams to be the easiest, plus I am totally addicted to changing gear with the pad(I know I am an idiot),,..I don't have the patience and the ability to use a sequential box,,,shame though.

34-35 is not bad at all fox, keep doing that time for the whole race fighting and defending and you need a shower at the end... ::)

The iracing set up are good,or at least  they are a good starting point, remember the tank is full, and I usually trim down the ARB to make the car turn better, this car is very hard, the shittiest of all, simply,,it does not want to be overdrive, the slower you are the faster,,,period,,,smmmmmooooooth.

I got an old set capable of 32.7...never done it again, but I have no idea how to put it here,,sorry my ignorance....bugger 8)  I did it...enjoy my set.. ;D

Few weeks ago I cleaned the G27 pedals with an air gun and since then the potentiometer stop working,it would spike and sometimes would get stuck at 20% of braking during racing,so I threw them away and got myself this CSR elite pedals from fanatec...vey nice pedals Wally,,if you are interested in a set of new pedals

Physically. That's what I didn't like about the pedals... the throttle in particular wouldn't move very far, physically. I ought to take a look at them again one day.

I think the A1's are working, but the usb plug might be a bit dodgy, broken wire or something. I cleaned the plug connections with metho, and it might be ok now.

I also cleaned 5 years or whatever of dust and hair out of the pedal unit. It was not a pretty sight.

I know what you mean Wally......any pubic hair inside?... :o

Wow!!
Sorry to hear about the wheel.thats very unfortunate!!
I did not know about that sale combo,it looks good, but I just got a pair of CSR elite pedals, and they are good, way better than the G27 ones obviously,i never had a load cell brake before and it is so fun,and I am glad to see less plastic around :-*...good built.

I really would like a new wheel as I have been playing with G25 and G27 almost all my life,... ::)  but I am bit of a tight ass you know...??  hahahaa

...no I am joking I will get them soon..thx Istvan very handy as usual, and let me know about your wheel

Hello guys,

The G27 wheel is giving me hard time,is rattling big time, very noisy,no matter what I am doing in the settings, very clunky,,,extremely annoying in assetto corsa and iracing....have you got any idea on how to eliminate a bit of this terrible noise and rattling?
Maybe the latest simracing upgrade are causing this,i love hotlapping with bmw E30 with AC but it is almost undriveable because of this reason

what wheel have you got guys?,,,any reccomendations for a new wheel?...I just want to throw away this thing...thx

 8) :(

..I heard the fanatec wheel are smoother because they have the belt drive...is it worth it?
