I had some CHAP auth issues with dodo tonight, could be your problem. Try changing your password in the control panel on their website and connect using it 10min later. Should work

XGN TS seems to be down, I like Discord better with it's overlay and ease of use etc.. so here's an invite valid for 24 hours for anyone wanting to join the server. Server is located in Sydney. https://discord.gg/hE4y8I'll be online tonight on the prac server and discord.

Server's up. Weather is 21 mid clear, 23 mid clear, 22 clear.
For some odd reason I can't see the server with my ingame browser but it shows up on my phone...

win 8.1 ftw!! So snappy compared to 7 and doesn't suffer from the bloat slowdown. Not sure what you're doing different but I just installed the latest Logitech drivers and off it went.
Pretty good night for me, happy with how things went apart from a few glitches and accidents, sorry Rob for the eu rogue tap, didn't expect the slow down there at all since you had so much acceleration and a nice lead on me.
Second race went OK, dropped a few spots as I pitted too late and filled up, ran 2 x softs and they felt great, got PB after PB a few laps ina row so all things were good.

Look like exactly what they have said is true, you're on adsl1 syncing at the maximum rate but downloads etc are slow... there must be some major congestion going on. I'm surprised (well not realy) that Telstra is that bad... I'd expect this form Dodo or TPG etc..
WIthout knowing which exchange DSLAM or other infrafrsuture you are on it;'s hard to tel if you;re getting a tophat uograde to ADSL2+ or just a backhaul upgrade... the documents on telstrats site are excel spreadsheets you can search for your exhange and find out....
The current government is a joke not having NBN...
