As we don't seem to have the numbers to run a multicar field and have it all come out in the wash so to speak, I'm thinking we just run one or two cars for each round. Maybe zero in on a favourite car or two for the latter rounds.
Season could start as early as next week or we could still extend the Group 4 season or have a few Fun/Recruitment runs before it?
A couple of fun runs would be good.
KTM X Bow at Brands Hatch Indy to kick things off , maybe? ;D

Redownload all the cars and try again.

When I use CM to install missing content, the car names start with "dtm91", is this correct?
(ie. are the car 'names' and folder 'names' different?)
I have paused the d/l so I can't see the folder names yet, but I do have t78 dtm cars from Feb. '21.

Car names and folder names are nearly always different. Changed the folder names not long ago as I was planning to release the carset into the wild and didn't want to overwrite the original t78 folders.
Yes the t78 folders are the old donor versions and should be deleted to avoid confusion as the cars would tend to share the same names inside CM.

I don't know if your tweaks or the server damage settings, but the gearbox looks like it will last longer than 5 laps, which is better than last time I drove these. ;D

Now I keep getting mainz_finthen:TRACK NOT FOUND, and that's after I downloaded it with CM.

Try unpacking with WINRAR or like and then dragndrop onto CM. Also try hitiing "refresh" tab several times.

OK, thats a bit weird, can see the track in the content/tracks in CM, but still get the same message, but if I just go through the AC icon,not CM, it loads fine

Now I am getting the same messages when I go through the AC icon, but it was working this morning,did a few laps.

Mainz-Finthen has a little dot next to it in CM/content/tracks. What does that mean?

Just drag the file you want to install, over to the CM desktop icon, and CM will just start and begin the install process 8). Go into CM and then click install.

Means it is new to you, by default less than 7 days.

Got it working this morning, just hope it still works tonight.
Nope, not working again. Weird cos in CM it doesn't come up with any alerts that track is missing or wrong version but just comes up with a windows error message. Hopefully next week will be ok.
Happens online and offline, but can join the Tuesday server ok.

CM is tripping over the dash in the Track name.
Goto the Track folder and inside change the three files with dashs to underscore.
Open models.ini in a text editor and do the same for the two references there and save.
Ignore any CM messages and the join button should be available.

Did wonder about that, but the fact that on the odd occasion it did load, made me think it couldn't be.
But that worked.
I did try the other way, changed the folder name to dash instead of underscore, but that just gave me "track not found"

Rhetorical questions aside, I'd say that if you win 5 out of 6 rounds you could take the last round off and still win the Championship!
But no, the final round will be open slather with maybe input on which cars should or shouldn't be included.

Not sure if I am going to make it tonight. Had an operation on my left hand last Sat and its still bandaged up so can only drive with 1 hand. Have just done a few laps and its driveable but not sure about a 2 hrs racing. We'll see.

You can always do a stint as a riding mechanic with one of the other drivers GW 8).
