Just to clarify, the Capri and Escort are the only cars this week OR in addition to the Must/Falc/Cortina...

I'm very sorry for causing so many incidents tonight guys.
I'm not sure what the problem is, but will stop racing if you guys want me too.
That's why I start at the back so I don't ruin anyones race.
Sorry again guys, :(
I went from following you up the back straight to suddenly flying through the sky...... :)
I wouldn't want you to stop racing Ninja, but it would be good to work out why its happening.
I recently played when my internet was slowed (over quota) and it still ran ok so I dont think you need super
internet speed to play so maybe its a PC spec issue.....??

I just loaded the track Offline and it worked.  I tried it on the server via Jump2 and it worked....
But if I attempt to access the Online Section of the game I get an error message and crash also....

A good race last night in particularly tricky conditions with the early rain.
R1 Unfortunately I tagged Wally early on, it wasn't a big hit but enough to turn him around.
R2 saw  much better form with Wally and I running side by side in a very well fought battle until Wally eventually got
past.  R3 was heading a similar with with a very close group at the front.  I however ran wide at the 2nd last turn and then on re-entering the last turn I think a bit of dirt on the tyres helped me to a second spin and into the fence. From there I just limped home.
Fingers crossed for some drier running as these cars are fun to through around....

Crazy night.  First race was a crash fest, especially after an incident with Ninja. Little did I now that after landing I was facing the wrong way.  I took off and then was totally shocked to see Wally coming straight toward me...!!!  Never ever had that happen before.
Race 2 was much better, a few minor offs as I started to know the track better.  Not as quick as the front guys but got home in 3rd.
Its a great track the more you get to learn it.....

Well done Wally on the championship  . . Mr consistency!
Well I thought my night would be terrible as the car felt bad in the little bit of practice I did, and then on arrival its raining!!
However I managed to do a reasonable Qual and get 4th.
Race 1 I got a good jump and grabbed one spot and then a few laps later Dave spun and handed me second with Wally sailing away in the distance.
Race 2: I seemed to now have a bit of speed over Wally and was harassing him for a few laps but being mindful of taking him out the championship !!  This was going well until a tank slapper on the last turn saw me last which then meant a last place start for R3.
R3  Bit of an up and down race in the end and surprisingly got home in 4th.
Congrats to everyone for a fun season.....

I think I will be there for this one in a Cortina running low downforce :) to make up some straight line.....

A pretty good night for me on a good track.
R1: Just missed Bruce on T1 and then settled in behind Wally who I was never going to catch.
R2: Unfortunately after getting a bit of a run on Wally I didn't lift quite enough and tapped him which on a slippery track meant lots of spinning.
But from there it was a great battle trying to make ground whilst keeping it on the track.
R2: Turn one, the waters parted and through I went to grab a good lead that I was able to manage to the end for a win.

Sorry for the incidents Glen and the shunt Wally... not to good when things get close... well only 101 points to get to move into 1st place... see you next week.
Totally my fault Bruce, I waited until the last minute to brake as we were side by side but I waited a bit to long.........

Bit of a dud round for me tonight.  I had done about two laps practice and had a virus for the last two days so not a good start.
Race one saw a few incidents, race two I was starting to improve and the ballast was dropping a bit.  Race 3 finally some lower ballast and with a few people having moments I found myself in 2nd :)  But then, I threw it away on the ripple strips at the end of the back straight and was back to last.
Well done to Tim, Wally and Dave up the pointy end.

Race 1: I think I had a bit less ballast and was able to grab pole and fairly comfortably hold the lead until the end, just focused on not getting to much ballast for the next race :)
Race 2: Here's where the carnage began.  Not far in and I was looking to get a shallow exit out of T2 on Ninja but didn't know Dave had squeezed in beside and the contact spun me round.  Only lost a few seconds and got going chasing Ninja when not long later having got a run up the inside to the 2nd last corner a copped another hit which put me right out of it.  Spent the last laps again crawling around to save ballast.
Race 3: I got a great jump from 6th to be 3rd after 3 corners.  Dave  got a bit of a run down the main straight and dived up the inside into T1, I didn't think he was quite close enough to pull it off so I took my normal line as its pretty tight and we hit.  From there I was back with Mr Perryman and Ninja and had to fight pretty hard especially to get past Ninja who I think had 2kg of ballast given his straight line speed.
All up, a surprising points hall given all the offs.

I had modest pace for this round and qualified around 8th or something.
But things went bad when on the first lap coming over the rise before the double right hander I touched the brakes and the thing veered left and speared me into the fence and sand.  From there it was pits and stay out of the way.
This meant starting from the back in R2, which whilst I was picking up the pace, passing was very hard..
R3 three was a slight improvement in position but again I chased Dave Oshea hard and was able to stick the nose alongside a few times but never enough to get past.  I applied maximum pressure but Dave held strong.
As Wally mentioned, we were very close at times but no touches so it was good.
Note: Suprised my 256kb shaped internet speed held up so well . . not what I expected.

Hi Guys, I will be there tomorrow night to test things as my internet has been throttled back due to reaching the limit.  Will have to see if it lags or not.  Hopefully not...

Have to say I didn't realise this about the redressing, so good to know.
My race went pretty well with a great battle with Dave in R1 until he disappeared and  I found myself with a huge lead and quickly backed off in ballast management mode.
R2 Started well with a great battle with Liam and Dave until Liam unfortunately got the back of me and I dropped from 2nd to 6th which I held to the end.
R3: Starting down the back I worked very hard to slowly catch Ninja who was powering away in front, it wasnt until the second last corner when he went slightly wide and I slipped through, but it was a hard fought position.
Sorry Wally for the hard hit up the rear in race 3, think I just braked a bit too late there. I would have still made the
corner without You there, but should have been a bit more cautious. I realise there is no benefit in readressing here, but
I still feel wrong just continuing after smacking someone off.
Yeah, no need to redress with the penalty system. Best to just carry on and enjoy your race and let the points do the redressing. We all have to be careful to allow enough braking distance with these weak brakes when the car in front is loaded up with ballast and has to brake even earlier.

I agree - these cars are a heap of fun once you get the front/rear balance right and they can slide beautifully through corners.
