This is really aimed at the individuals who run this fine forum, but I wonder how many agree or disagree with my thoughts.

Is it possible to have the new comments on whatever topic available to read first (on top of the list) and the older stuff at the rear?

Hi Jim! The people who run this site are hacks. Cowboys at the best of times.
 The way i get to the most current post is click on the little arrows on the right hand side. Next to the posters name.
 You can also click on the 'x' on the left of the major forum parts which take you to a list of latest posts.
i hope that is vague enough?

While we are picking holes in the xgn site, has anyone noticed the main headings resize when clicked. Only on mobile phone though.

I always click on the "unread" link at the top right next to your name.

As per above:
- If you click the "new" link next to the thread
or
- click the unread link up top right

both will open the thread at the first unread post.


Edit: actually I've just tested, if you click a thread on the starting page, and the thread has new posts, it'll go there automatically. No need to use the "new" link.  If there's no "new" tag, it'll still open the thread at the last post.

I think it's more 'normal' to have posts that are newer after previous posts. I can see your point (newest at the top) but I don't know of any other forums that follow that rule so it would probably be more confusing than innovative. People are used to reading down a thread, not up.

I actually think the forum should open up to a rendition of "Highway to the Danger Zone".  Perhaps played in reverse?

Dick thats how you drive which is the same thing GB does the only difference is your looking behind you as the car is moving forward, GB is looking back to see who he can rear end. I think he has a thing for rear ending others it seems but hes trying to hide the fact to make it always look like an accident.
