I still want the Car Engineer to show low & high speed damper ratios separately as well as roll centre (which Guy pointed out changes) and also aero centre of pressure. Basically all the details nKPro had.

Race 1 was fun, chasing Threepwood the whole way, didn't catch him but still finished 5th.  Race 2 and I hit reliability issues.  I was only getting 85% throttle and plummeted through the field. Decided I'd had enough when that dropped to 70% and I couldn't even reach 6th gear anymore. Don't calculate any ballast change for me based on race 2 Wally, it will be misleadingly slow.

If I don't rev it then dump the clutch, it barely goes anywhere. This is normal behaviour from my end (it's always been like that). It seems the pulling away easily is the bug.

Guys.... I ran 15 seasons of netKar league races using this ballast method. 15 seasons. Hundreds and hundreds of races. Trust me, if there were unfairness or anomalies, I and the other racers would have seen them.
Don't be so quick to judge, after one round. Theorising is wonderful... but there's no substitute for seeing what actually happens.
Nothing is inverted. The goal is to bring people to the middle lap time. It compresses, not inverts.
Im with Wally. Having been one of those who ran most of the NetKar seasons it works just fine.
And I'll add my support to that as well.

I had good, if intense, fun last night. I still haven't even pushed for a qual lap yet, just working on consistency. Kept it on the black stuff all night (except for when a lapped car shunted me off!  )

It would make for a good sim rig.
I'm a very keen sim-racer but I'm not sure I'd ever spend 1/4 million on a rig, no matter how rich I was.

Well I'm right then. No-one has ever called me normal!! (I'd still kill myself in it though)
