Had he worn his own hat and the racing suit (aka Mankini) that was confiscated at the gate then we would pick him out easily the only other xgn person is Phil who has already pointed himself out. All we know about GB is that he is like 33, his name is Justin, has a kid, and wakes up early morning to manage an employment help for people with disabilities (or something not too far from this). All this is quite irrelevant to distinguish between the two brothers. So I go for the last thing I know about GB: he spends a lot of time in front of a computer monitor. Since the one on the left looks fitter, I'll say GB is the one on the right.
