I have it in an email explaining the refund 
After 6 months straight of receiving bills and needling to call them each time to repeat the same outcome you will come to hate them again, I had a friend that had such an issue for quite a few months.
They likely cant read so the email you have wont mean much and you can send it back multiple times they will probably never get it. D
