Car: Alpine A310 V6 3500
Track: Donington National

This car is VERY LOUD. You'll have to turn your engine sounds down. I set mine to 2.

Races will be 12 lap sprints. Optimal pressure is 34/35. This car takes a bit of engine and tyre management!

This car felt  a bit strange at first - masses of understeer, hard to brake. But the racing in it was surprisingly good and close, despite being a relatively difficult car to drive. You have to fiddle a lot with the setup to get the car feeling nice, but we all got the hang of it and had some good racing, with lap times continuing to tumble. It's a car where you have to look after your tyres, engine and gearbox. You can blow your engine and gearbox. You will suffer later in the race from torturing your tyres early. But that all added some spice to the racing. I rate this one as a season candidate.

I liked these. When I wasn't having technical issues the car was rewardingly challenging to drive and resulted in some surprisingly good and close racing. I would need to adjust how it drive it if we did a season though so I didn't keep blowing shit up.

I liked it because Joe kept blowing shit up. Should do a season in these.   :P
