I guess it'll take a lot of work though with probably over a couple of hundred different car and tyre combinations. I was also thinking that you could so a similar thing for tyre camber as what you've done for pressure. If you look at the average temp across the tyre - inside | middle | outside, ideally the temps should be fairly even if your camber levels are right. There may be too much variation though between different types of corners and straights? I'm not sure what to make of the camber though. I think that's a little more complicated than just measuring IMO temp spreads. AC doesn't output tyre temps to telemetry channels, and I don't think you can read surface temperatures from an app (only core temperatures). Otherwise, you could get a good indication of optimum pressures (middle temp neither too hot nor too cold), and good cambers (by averaging out surface temp spreads, taking readings only while cornering). That's the plan! Remove some of the black magic. Problem is, approaches like these assume that just because an even tyre temp spread is a good thing in real life, that it makes any difference in AC. It might be completely irrelevant to car behaviour in AC. I mean not all of us will hack into the physics files to find this data but really this is the sort of info that should be shown inside the pit or at least as it loads.I mostly use temps and pressures from dashmeter pro and can also look back at the telemetry feature in it to shows temps and pressures after a run. For that I dont really need this app going by what it does but getting easy access to ideal temps and pressures would make the app very usefull for me.Regarding cambers this would mostly be used to dial in the ideal temp range at the ideal pressure. Raise or lower cambers to try and get temps and pressures both at the ideal range. In some cases you wont ever get both in the optimum window and in that case you would try mostly for temps but if your still way out on the temps you will just work on pressure.I try and balance hot pressure around the car more then temps though, you will never get even temps all the way around but having tyres under pressure or way over at one corner will effect laptimes even more.
