The grid is full, but keep signing up if you want a spot, as people who have done more Tuesday night XGN races take preference and may push someone else who has raced less with us onto the reserve list.
Ferrari La Ferrari
McLaren P1 (note - has DRS which must be manually activated)
You must drive one car of your choice in the first half of the season, and the other car in the second half (compulsory car change).
Format:
15 min sprint followed by 30 min race (reverse top 10 from 1st qual, rest the same) with 1 pitstop. 3x tyre wear and 3x fuel.
Two rounds will be 50 min races with 2 pitstops. 2.8x tyre wear and 2.8x fuel.

May 26: Silverstone, 8 laps, 15 laps
Jun 2: Nurburgring GP, 8 laps, 16 laps
Jun 9: Imola, 10 laps, 19 laps
Jun 16: Spa (50 min race), 22 laps

Jun 30: Mid America Motoplex [download (http://www.racedepartment.com/threads/mid-america-motorplex.104865/)], 11 laps, 21 laps
Jul 7: Mugello, 9 laps, 17 laps
Jul 14: Donington Park GP (50 min race) [download (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/24242159/ac/doningtonpark_1.10.rar)], 35 laps
Points
15 min race, 24 points down.
30 min race, 48 points down.
50 min race, 72 points down.
Bonus points and penalties are 2x and 3x in the longer races.

I will go the Mclaren, only hope I have against GB is if by luck the P1 is a better car for a certain track and I may have the edge. Thats assuming hes not permanently banned from all xgn servers. ;D

Wrong Mclaren Dick but thats the same car that has the real Kitty skin obviously created by a fan of your XGN skin work.
I have put up one of my passworded servers at Paul Ricard with these 2 cars, anyone here that doesnt have the pass PM me as its not the same as the XGN password.

What's DRS? Might have to have another car if I have to push a button to do something..or do they all it?hard enough driving one handed as it is...g25 doesn't have extra buttons like my 27, wouldn't be a problem then.

What have you got the g25 buttons mapped as? DRS is only in the p1 manually activated the laferrari does it automatically same as the 599xx does. It lowers the rear wing and gives you a bit more straight line speed. In the p1 being manual has the advantage that when exiting a faster corner that may be prone to understeer you activate drs and get it instantly loose on exit.
I used this at the last turn at Mugello when running this car and also on the paul riccard track coming onto the straight. One thing with drs is its only deactivated with brake so places like Eau Rogue you need to tap brakes on entry if you dont wont to die trying to take that flat with DRS open.

Lol maybe you need more meds, what has Tenacious D got to do with anything I posted. ::)
Maybe Dick can send some pills your way, I think he works in a hospital and they even allow him into the the meds room. It explains quite a few things when you think about it.

May I suggest reading for dummies, there is no link in my post. After going through the first few chapters of that book along with forums for dummies it may show you that the name on the post indicates who wrote it.

See the name quoted there is Joe. Also his video shows an interesting way to press the drs button, may be a little slow but you can get Dick meds for a faster response time.

Also, download the Pit Lane Penalty app from here: http://www.xgn.com.au/index.php?topic=758.0 which will register track cuts and give you a 10 second post-race time penalty after 3 warnings.

I ran the last couple of netkar series with you guys then left to host some longer format racing. The numbers didn't justify continuing so I had a break and now am keen to come back to some good fields and good racing. Hope to see you all on track soon.
