Joe put in a better round than Mael (maybe Mael should use the default setup?), to take second place in the season standings. With Jeremy's absence and Joe's strong performance, Krahl Racing are back on top of the team standings.RACE 1 RESULTSRACE 2 RESULTSSEASON STANDINGSSEASON STATSRound PointsKcender87 300Matthew111 276Joe 249Wally 249Freezer 207Phil.8 204ab156 195Mael 186AbleArcher83 162Rob 162AGK 147Dave O 141Captain Slow 0PenaltiesRace 1AGK veered into me just a little exiting turn 1, enough to move him back into Mael’s side, knocking him off the track – racing incidentI don't believe it - maybe the first time ever there were no contacts at all in race 2, despite all the close racing.Season Standings1. The track is just made for close racing with the long straights followed by the slow hairpin(ish) corners and that wiggly bit at the start of lap is friggen awesome!! The full circuit has two more straights and two more overtaking chances for those who like to brake a little later than others. It was one off my first online races and I have never smiled so much whilst being overtaken.... Maybe I need to play with the setup as I'm still using my trusty default.I thought SS would be okay here but I'm cooking the lefts pretty often. Got away cleanly in R1 and found myself in a gap between the leaders and everyone else so just focused on steady lap times.Sadly a few silly cuts got me a 10 sec penalty which dropped me behind Wally, luckily only one spot, to get home 5th.R2 was a last minute decision to throw on the super softs. This proved beneficial as I had a bit more pace and was holding off Joe for quite a few laps.Sadly that came to and end with slide coming onto the back straight dropping two spots. From there it was push on, the tyres held out but I couldn't bridgethe gap to Wally ahead. (and another 10 sec penalty just added a little more pain). It took some pressure off, as I just had to stay within 10 seconds of Freezer and Joe without pushing to catch them. Clean races from me - no cuts, a couple of minor brushes with the wall that caused no harm, and one hairy moment braking after the esses where I almost spun.
