Silverstone link only giving me a 20 byte download for the track (broken file) ... any ideas? :-\ Dave O.

It does the same for me :(
I think the only other option is Tim's series track pack.
Here's a Sllver-set, 1m41.358.
You can do a quick lap with it, you will overheat the tyres after 2 flyers.
Pull it back just a notch and this set will be consistent.
Lower d/f produced a similar (but slightly slower) laptime but more jelly-tyre.

Season Standings (http://netkarpro.blogspot.com.au/2013/11/season-13-formula-target-standings.html)
Penalties:
Race 1, lap 1: Ninja(-2) hit Dave O from rear(+2)
Race 2, lap 4: Jamie P(-2) hit Jamie G from rear(+2)
Race 2, lap 5: Jamie G(-2) hit Glenn from rear(+2)
Race 2, lap 8: Jamie G(-2) hit Liam from rear(+2)
There were lots of incidents a little too hard to call. In race 1, lap 9, David G moved across on Jamie P, but I judged that a racing incident where both drivers were equally at fault, for not leaving racing room.
Race 1, lap 5, Jamie G just had a spin that left him stranded on the track, and caused a bit of a pile up. Just an accident.
Race 1, lap 1, Jamie P got caught on a kerb and spun into Ninja. Just an accident.
Race 2, lap 1 was a bit ugly - 4 cars wide into T1, but hard to pin blame, as all cars were sort of on their respective racing lines. If anything, Dave O on the inside started to run wide on corner exit, causing a domino effect across the 3 cars to the left, but no penalty.
Congratulations to Rob and me on their race wins and me for the overall round win.
Round points:
Wally Masterson 32
Robin Jeffery 26.5

Up and down night for me.
Set a pb to grab 3rd in qual.
R1: I was quick through turns 3,4,5 but tripped myself up going in to hot behind someone at the start and a slow spin saw me drop to 2nd last. Pushed on and lucky for me there was a big pile up mid race which I only missed collecting someone as I came through by millimeters, but it jumped me to 3rd for a good finish.
R2: Got away okay, but dropped a spot into T1, to be 3rd. The gap see sawed a bit for a while but unfortunately as I was starting to pressure 2nd, I got a hit from behind which saw me punted to the back which was a bit frustrating.
Somehow I came 3rd for the night....which is surprising, must be the penalty points :)

I was surprised to start 10th in race 1 and finish 2nd. That was mostly just due to missing carnage and benefiting from other people's offs (despite a ping pong ricochet from Dion when we both nearly narrowly missed another collision). Dion had me under some good pressure there for a while.
In race 2, I had virtually the same ballast, but upped the front wing just 1 click (I think I was 22/20) and it made the car feel beautifully pointy. I got a good start, hit the lead early, and then just had to sit there, putting in consistent laps on clear track.
-
I was expecting a bad night, but due to being slow through ballast, not the contacts.
Race 1 I had nowhere to go when Jamo spun.
Race 2 I ended up in the gravel at turn 1 and had to ESC back to the pits, half a lap down before the end of the first sector.
Still haven't looked at the replay, not sure I'm up for a horror show atm. :(
