Very enjoyable racing, did not expect the cars to be so close in terms of race pace. Had some great battle with too many drivers to mention. The only time I felt a bit aggrieved was when AB blasted past me during the last race, he found a way to put that mustang's power down better than the other Mustang drivers! At least I got my own back on my team mate during race 3  ;D

Congrads to Wally, that was one of the most dominating performances in a while.

Old age must be catching up to you guys .   ;D

Did no one use my setups this round? :'(
I found out I'd lost 5% throttle (again), now I red line 3/4 the way up the straight with it fixed.
I thought someone would've mentioned this. :-\

Used your old man version version as a base for my setup and had no problems, but can't remember if I clanged any gearing   ???

Laptimes looks fairly close so far.

Even Bacchulum's Grandpa's setup is undrivable for me  :-[

One of the better versions of Knockhill, very fine line between brave and stupid  ;D

Was good to race after a couple of months off. I didn't try the Abarth but I enjoyed driving the the Nissan most of all those I tried.

The Nissan is a good car, would usually be my selection but the BMW's handling was too enticing, especially the M1. Plus it appeared a bit slow, hope it was not the driver  :P

The BMW's are good  :)

I think it was my most important quali lap yet!

Got one lap in which placed me in front of Killa on the grid, which helped me get to T1 before him and gave me a good result for race 1, 2 and 3. Killa might have been on the same pace as me if he didn't have a angry swarm of GT4 behind him, but with him kept busy it was a comfortable run for me (needed Bacchulum for some company).

Interesting season Wally, enjoyed it and with full server it would have been a classic. (on that point, if people do practice laps please do it online. A busy practice server would help us get some more drivers!)

After a number of seasons with rather tricky cars I call for street car, for example BMW M1. easy to drive with TC for anyone who prefers it. Would also represent a realistic presentation of states of tune according to the owners financial acumen.

I believe I could have, but I missed 2 rounds, so I'm still at the start. :(

I'm sure an envelope full of cash posted to Wally can sort it out  :)

Fun if at times a bit lonely race. For race 1 I just concentrated to get consistent pace and a good result for a change, helped by Bird having gotten a case of Bird-flu  :P.

Race 2 it quickly became apparent that Bird meant business and there was no way of competing with him, waited for AB who got delayed at the start by Killa to have a good race.

Race 3  went for an alternative strategy to keep it interesting, with only two 911 R's in the field it can be a bit lonely. An early start combined with a pit drive through should be close with Monza''s short pitlane. I was also hoping Killa would get ahead of AB again to delay him and make it a close race. However AB got away clean while I lost about 3 seconds in the first two laps through over-driving on cold tires. (The first lap's time is a bit weird since the clock only start when the lights go out, a false PB in my case). Luckily for me Ab touched the grass on the last lap while going for a PB laptime otherwise I would not have caught up with him! Again the Bird drove without fault for a good win, your laptime consistency in race 2 and three was impressive Bird!

ps. The loneliest award in race 2 for me can't be right? The gap between me and AB was always close.

Otherwise there was some good close racing. Race 2 went just bad for me...expensive night.
Mael, I do take donations.

lol Yeah. I do like a bit of contact in tin-top cars. Usual I judge that if the other driver stays on the black stuff then it was a fair pass. But in the case of race 2 though I should probably give the position back before Wally gives me a huge fine. But somehow the yield to give the position back turned into a disaster! Next time I'll yell out before slowing down  :-[

I not looking forward to seeing the damage bill, suspect there is no 911 R keys waiting for me.
