 the race from about 1hour 10 min mark on board with the instructor is cool ,,   fun track also , wish someone would make Lime Rock Park for AC

There's only so many times you can learn what an apex is...  I'd like to see a video all about setups - again an in depth one.

These videos certainly have their place for beginners though, or even just to pick up a few tips.

It's an old instructional video. Seen it before, it's not bad.
It helps if you're more or less a beginner, or have bad habits.

But left-foot braking and especially simultaneous brake + throttle (the Schumacher way!) is always frowned upon :)
