I am using CSP 1.76 -p92 with no problems. I did not re -download the car as I already had it on my PC. I wonder if there was an update which may be the cause of the problem.

Verified my game files but no difference, same crash message even offline.

Do a check for errors on your C drive.  Drive Properties/Tools/Error checking.

Tried with CSP off? Or rename the car's extension folder.
Can't test if it's a Win 7 thing as I no longer have any computer running that.
