I got a good start grabbing one spot in race one and was tracking along in 4th with Bacchulum close behind when around mid race clipped the outside kerb as you turn up the hill and I was around dropping a few spots.  I got going but spun again at turn 1 dropping even more.  Pitted and dragged it home for 9th!
Race two also started okay but on lap 5 I got the same outside kerb and went around.  I chased Mael to the half way mark and pitted but grabbed softs instead of the planned mediums.  I expected some pain toward the end however they held on and were pretty consistent.
Some decent results gone begging . . . :(

Bacchulum, for me, in game select "Sol Plan Selector" from side menu then select Rain, then down the bottom there is a checkbox for either
auto wipers or manual.  In manual you can then select the speed.  I use auto, and sure enough when the rain arrives the wipers start.
I've got CSP 0.1.70 preview 1

This is getting rather frustrating because the Lamborghini is so dam slow. Sadly despite its shape it’s just too slow in a straight line to maintain a slipstream and then when you get to a corner, it so dam nervous that if you make it through, you know it’s only a matter of time before the bull either bucks or bites when you dare to touch a curb. Whilst I don’t expect to win, it’s really depressing that in this series I’m not even competitive! I tried really hard and practiced so much for this round but the reality was anything under a 2m20 was driving on the ragged edge. Sadly I spun in both races, the first one was cold tyres and in race two it was trying to avoid a spinner. After pushing so hard for many laps, driver error saw me clipping the ripple strip at Eau Rouge and a massive crash turning my car into a canoe, resulting in my first DNF in an extremely long time. With so few people racing at the moment I feel obliged to continue but when you’re simply not competitive it’s pretty hard to maintain the enthusiasm
The saleen is also deadly on the kerbs so they must be avoided.  I made multiple tweaks to my setup and got a bit faster but then went back to default and was faster again!!!  Show's my setup expertise....

Is this the full green hell Nurburgring they do the 24hr GT race layout or the dickey GP one?
GP I would say, the green hell is the Nordschleife.

Well I had some good racing tonight.  Race 1 I got past AGK with a good run off Eu Rouge and we then swapped spots a couple of times but I managed to hang on until the pit stops.
AGK pitted first, I pitted next lap but on exiting the pits he was just in front.  On softs, he was gone!!
Race 2 was a similar start but this time I got past Wally up Kemmel Straight and came soooo close to hitting Joe under brakes, but thankfully he saw me and gave room!!  From there I fought to hold
off Wally until half way when he pitted first, I pitted next lap only to again come out behind!!  However this time I had soft's so the chase was on.  Unfortunately though Wally spun on that lap and
I was past, which I held to the end.
Would have been an interesting fight as I was a second a lap quicker for the first three but then a second a lap slower for the last three.

Anyone got any ideas about how to make the Lamborghini fast? I was doing a few laps last night and got quite excited when I ragged it around to do a very low 2m20, then Freezer logs on and does a 2m18.0 in his Mosler…now I know that was a great lap, but I’ve got no clue on where the Lamborghini can find another 2 seconds to be competitive.
Thanks in advance
Bradc.
Looking at the lap comparison, nearly all of the difference is through Eau Rouge and Radillon. Joe is going through there 20 kph faster. I did my lap in the 16's on the softs, so did Joe. I certainly won't be doing 16's for half an hour.
Ah ha, I did mine on mediums with modest fuel, so there is hope! 😁

Not a stab at you sorry, but I couldn't get used to those formula cars and I don't think I can with these either, they definitely feel like iracing tyres though. I went and drove a few laps in kunos gt3 and it felt "ac normal"

Did a few laps on a public server in the Lotus 98T around old Silverstone. Added some aero and what fun that was  :) So yeah I agree our last few cars were tricky beasts, comes and goes with the seasons, next time we'll be doing the MX5 and complaining its too boring!
Well I quite like the Saleen . . .   I think its horses for courses, I certainly do better in some cars more than others!

thanks freezer, just 1 more question, how/where do i edit the driver details as it's currently listing the car which config i copied which comes up in the bottom left corner when you choose your car?
Sry Brad, only just saw this.  There is a file "ui_skin.json", just open it in notepad and update the details.

Doesn’t anyone have a template for the Lamborghini? I can’t seem to find one
You can make skins templates in Content Manager (see you tube).

Here is the one I made - https://www.dropbox.com/s/o8vrolevz9cq72u/skin_00.psd?dl=0

Hey guys, yeah, this situation here in Australia gets a bit out of hand imo. Well, and I don't like where this is heading either. So, I decided to leave...destination Buzios, Brazil...and that's the reason I stopped doing sim racing. This whole thing is quite a challenge...dealing with 3 lawyers atm in order to get this sorted...and I don't know if they let me out of here...that's the tricky bit. Wally, I'll let you know once this is final. Time difference is 13h...so if I fall out of bed I might join you again if the ping is not too crappy. Just wanna say thanks. Take care
Totally agree with your sentiment . . . there's a lot of crap going down here!  Shame to see you go but good luck, should be a good adventure!
