Sorry for missing last night guys, but I had my internet drop out for most of the day. Re-booted PC and Modem several times but couldn't get it working, no idea what went wrong, but up and running again today.

Hey Guys, just a heads up that RSR has released its latest Live Timing App for Assetto Corsa. If you like chasing the next fastest guy on the RSR rank, this App shows WR and your position and time compared to next fastest and next slowest drivers. Might not be able to make it on Tuesday.
First really hot day for summer and my video card has died again. So it looks like time to buy a new one. Don't want to rush in and buy rubbish so will do some research.

As far as I know, there's only one version. You're clearly just made for this car.
Lol, I have yet to find a car that is made just for me. Of course someone COULD bring out an Austin Seven mod. Now there's a car built for me. No, its not that Wally, my sector times are all screwed up. Mega fast in first Sector and Mega slow second sector. rob edit: Just checked the rank page, some of the newer times posted have similar Sector times. All good.

Man I'm having trouble getting the gear changes (consistently) right with the H shifter. A mate of mine uses a sequential shifter and he can flat change up and down shift without blipping the throttle. I only race in Pro mode but I turned off the shifter to give it a try and I am nearly half a second faster. A definite advantage over us H shifter users.  I'm sure that given time I can get it right. I guess that I will have to learn to heel and toe. But a bit disappointing that a "simulation" allows an advantage like this. rob

Wally, I must have the wrong version of Phillip Island. According to the Rank Site my times are a bit (well, a lot) more than competitive. lol. Although I do not get any error message when connecting to the XGN server.
I've d/l the track from your first post of the sign up page, but cannot d/l Tim's track pack.

And by the by, I think the time attack separates the men from the boys, it requires speed & consistency!
Istvan, I thought you were joking, everybody knows that Time Attack is for Arcade Noobs!!! WRONG!!! It certainly does require speed and consistency, and as you get closer to being knocked out you then get pressure just to add to the stress. Great fun, thanks for getting me to try it. rob

Hey Guys, does anybody know if there is a 'Rank' app or Rank website for AC? While we are waiting for some real racing at least chasing Rank times might be fun.

HI Guys, thought I'd ditch the Westio07 nickname as everyone knows me as rob.
