Just got a call this morning I have to fly to Tas because my grandmother is in a bad way and they're not sure she will make it though the weekend. Flying to Sydney to pickup my old man and my uncle then flying on to Tas and not sure when I will be back so best I don't take up a spot. Good luck in the race, was really looking forward to getting some seat time after 6 months away. I will get involved with your league races when I am back though, really good setup you guys have here.

You need to install this version of the track, assuming you also have dreampack 1 that has the official track as its also needed. http://www.mediafire.com/file/c4ze67ae33bzl88/Nordschleife_Endurance_Cup_34pits_AC1.7.rar
I have also changed the server name to "Marty's XGN.com.au Nords Enduro practice(MR AB)+whitelist" as there is no longer another Tuesday practice server, nothing else has changed and also the link to times will still be the same.
Yeah just got back home 2 weeks ago and updated AC with the DLC that came out whilst I was os. I am assuming, maybe incorrectly I just extract the package into the /assettocorsa/content/tracks folder or am I putting it in the wrong place? I am doing something wrong. I can see the server but the track is in red writing suggesting I don't have the right track installed. I have downloaded through the three different links shared on this thread and all ask me to overwrite the previous version. When I go to start the track in a private session the game won't load acs.exe but works fine with the other tracks. I will try to figure out what I am doing wrong. edito - fixed-a-roony. So I will see if I can remember this track, surely all those early years with gran turismo should help?

Hi, been a while since I dropped in here. I would like to practice before I commit. Seems to be a problem with the track. I can't join the server because it says I have a different version. But when I try to run a private practice the car is just hanging in the purple space in the air falling.
Yup, I am new to this lol. If someone can point out what I am doing wrong I will try to cut some laps tonight. Porsche RSR 2017 for me. I will be able to try again Monday night, Tuesday and if all is well I will have posted a qually lap by then.

I went with the 6700k and a hybrid cooler, cheers for sharing the vid, all helped in my final argument.

I held off, just ordered a new desktop but will wait to see the price of the 1070 and then the hybrid cards. Thinking I will go with the 1070 until the titan comes out.
New desktop is purely to drive the oculus and is a beast, so definitely going add a latest gen gpu, but $1200 is insane for a reference card.

Hey Wally and co. Just curious if it's possible that a team speak app could be created to show who is on the mic when you are in game? I was chatting to a few lads from arse last night and was calling Boxhead, Slow and Slow, Boxhead.
Is this possible? I am a computer spastic so thought I would ask you lads as you have created some great apps

Does anyone know why I see red squares or triangles over cars in replay and benchmark?
A quick google pointed me towards them being a render indicator, what the hell is that? And can I get rid of them?

Not sure Rolz, I will let you know if NASA straps me to a rocket.
For racing, it gives greater immersion than 4k. But the resolution lets it down somewhat.
I will be building a new desktop when the 1080 cards land so it will be interesting to see if the judder I am experiencing with my current SLI (980m) setup goes away. Yea, I know oculus recommend the 980m sli isn't up to spec, but in the testing I have done it is well above spec so far as 3dmark and vr mark goes. I get 120+ fps in AC when on Ultra so I can't see it being an issue but the judder is significant in Pcars. No issue in LFS.
I am playing with the settings in Pcars and will report back if I find a solution.
