This track is currently only in a 0.2 build and the maker has advised that he still needs to work on curbs, track-side objects, and a few other things, however I tried it and it seemed like a quality track already.
It has been scratch-made.
Kunos are going to make a version of this track, but until then (and I wouldn't expect it this year to be honest) this is a good alternative.

I've put it up on 'AUS XGN Combo Tester'. You will need to change capital Z to lower case in the track's folder name and the kn5 file however.
