I can get to 226 with minimum aero, but I am still 7 seconds off the pace, I honestly think I am just too old to drive these

I discovered you have to get on the throttle Very early.

Compare the telemetry and you can see it's mostly apex speed.


Of course there is a lot of overlap but I'm mostly braking in a straight line, turning in and getting back on the throttle at the same time. That technique is probably still leaving a lot o time on the table so I'm expecting some much quicker laps in the future.

Solved it, nothing to do with driving style (I always get on the throttle early and was holding about 75% through the apex).
I over-wrote the version I had (20210508) with the current version but something didn't update (looks like apex grip and drag).
Deleting and re-installing fresh fixed the issue.

I had to do the same, only 3 seconds off the pace now

Sorry Guys, had to bail as was experiencing weird mouse issues also game froze up twice.
Hadn't had that happen until loading this mod so wondering it it had something to do with that or new
Assetto corsa update?

This mod by Seanus is just too good to not give it another run we had a lot of fun last night .
The track I was hoping to use next week was:

But there is a bump across the left side of the track, opposite the pit exit, which launches the Superkart into the air .

My second suggestion is Silverstone 67(thanks Mael) lap time is approx 1min 20s and track is pretty smooth.

Do yourself a favour and give this 250cc Supercart a run, by far the best gokart mod in simracing .
