Looking forward to it. I will make a bold prediction that there will be more overtaking than at the F1 on Sunday.

I just use an extremely cheap $1 headphone/mic set from msy, but only for speaking on, the audio comes from my Logitech speakers.

I had a Very good nights racing, and don't know whether the update had anything to do with it or not, but I found the Porsche very
nice to drive on this track. It was more than a match for the F40 at Brno. Picked up a 3rd in race 1 so very happy with that.

Race 2 was a bit of a mixed bag, I had made up a few places till I tagged a spinning Mael F40, that put me back a bit in the field, but
some carnage amongst some of the cars in front in the 2nd last lap got me up to 4th.

Overall a good nights racing.

1ST of all Apologies to all the other Porsches I ran into before the final turn lap 1, missed the brake marker.

I knew that pitting  would screw me over and it didn't disappoint with the pit menu flashing up on the screen for about 1/3 of a second before
vanishing  ???, and I tried a few times. Obviously I should have used the pit config app but forgot that it existed beforehand.

Aside from that I was enjoying the race quite a bit. I expect the porsche to be a lot more competitive on the tighter tracks, it seems to
have better brakes than the Ferrari and GT40.

64
It looks like the Ferrari was also a bit difficult to keep on track as well as the porsche.
Fortunately none of my off track excursions involved anyone else.
If I can figure out how to stabilise the car as well as reducing understeer it will be real good.
Probably dreaming a bit too much though.

I haven't been keeping up to date with the dlc for Assetto Corsa, but am prepared to purchase whatever is required for Thursday nights.
With that in Mind can You please advise what dlc is required for this season.

EDIT.  I just had a look, and Porsche pack 3 is about it at the moment.

Hoping it all goes perfectly Bruce. Look forward to seeing You back asap.

It was certainly Bacchulum's racing that got me the win tonight, not mine.

It's really only the last few races I came to grips with this car, with it's bouncy suspension and seemingly constantly
spinning rear tyres. Interestingly I got better after replacing an AMD R9-270 with a GTX1070. a rather enormous leap
in graphics ability. and price too. Maybe I'll upgrade to that new AMD Ryzen cpu coming out early next year to replace ageing
I5-750 @4 ghz. Apparently it's going to give Intel a run for its money for once.

Thanks for the season. My goal for 2017 is to be more consistent, as that's one area I've gone backwards in this year.

So I just get the bonus of Imperious' score?
Awesome, let's go Imp. 8)

Just saw this. I better do some practise I think as I have a teammate. Looking forward to it.

69
I had planned (for once) to get here early last night and do some practise. Unfortunately I decided to remove my cpu cooler and replace the thermal compound first which took longer than expected.
I had hoped to put my new video card, a GTX1070 through its paces but this track wasn't going to do it justice looking a bit like something
from GPL.
No idea what I had done with last weeks setup so just dropped the suspension down before race 1. Made a minor adjustment for race 2 which was reduce the brake power to 90% and drop the front end one more notch.
Aside from the 1st few corners I don't think anyone passed me at all as I made my way up from 12th to 4th. I had some good scraps with Rooshooter and Humper and luckily avoided being caught up in all the entanglements in the 1st few laps.
My best result in ages so looking forward to next week.

Sorry Guys but I am sick with a virus, and wouldn't last the distance, so need to give it a miss tonight.
Will be here next week for sure.

So we definitely need the new Jap pack for tonight?

I'm downloading anyway. Might make it, might not.

I felt exactly the same Humper, car was the same to drive except I felt like I was driving on Ice at times.

My move up the inside of You down the hill obviously never payed off and I found it a lot harder to actually
get back on the track without spinning out everywhere which put me back down the order near last..

74
Well, I screwed up big time tonight. The 1st start was all good, but then at the restart I wasn't paying proper attention and
forgot to click to enter the race. As a result I started from the pit lane.
I had a bit of fun swapping positions with Glenn a couple of times, I'm convinced I was quicker behind than in front though.
Changed tyres at 2/3 distance but was too far behind, also my in lap and out lap were woeful.

I will endeavour to pay more attention at the start next week

TS is working.
