Server currently has CSP tweaks and Weather on it. Please give it a spin.
Not to worry as I can start a regular instance on Thursday if it proves unreliable.

[EXTRA_RULES]
 [ALLOW_WRONG_WAY] = 1 For shits and giggles
 
 SLIPSTREAM_MULT = 3 We will need to experiment on the best value for this
 
[PITS_SPEED_LIMITER]
 DISABLE_FORCED = 1 No auto braking on entering pits.
 SPEED_KMH = 200 Set high here so we never get a penalty.
 
[EXTRA_TWEAKS]
 CUSTOM_MOTION = 1, SMOOTH  CM helps with other cars predicted positions, smoothing out the lag( I hope)
 JUMP_LIMIT = 0.3   If the car is this far above the ground then collision is disabled as it is probably about to cause a massive accident.
 JUMP_PAUSE_COLLISIONS_FOR = 5  How long collision is disabled to allow car to recover.
 FALL = 5  After falling in a hole this many seconds later you will auto teleport back to the pits
 COLLISION = 3 As above but when stuck in a wall or similar.

Weather is set to the current weather at the track +/- some randomness which is set to change every 10 min for testing.

Maybe kill the night time, seeing as these cars have no headlights..... ;)
