Only 3 guys turned up tonight (so we just had some fun races at Mallala and Lakeside), so I guess the start date is not that suitable for some. If you intend to race in this season, let me know down below when you'd like the season to start, and when you can make it.

Season 45 is Touring Car Legends: re-live the ATCC of the 60's. Sign UpSign up for the season at the car dealer. If you don't have a login at the car dealer, PM me (Wally) your Steam ID and your racing name. If you want to use a custom skin, or use the same skin every week, enter the skin folder name in the car dealer, e.g. "101" (without the quotes). CarThe cars are a selection of cars from Bazza's Touring Car Legends pack. You can download a smaller pack of the cars for the season here. Lotus Cortina MG-MGA Ford Fairlane Austin Healey 3000 Pick one car and drive it for the whole season.ScheduleSeason schedule and track downloads are HERE. The season starts December 27 and finishes February 21. Some people will be away on holidays in January, so I have slotted in a provisional bye on Jan 10 (can be moved). Format15 min qualifying session, starting at 8:30 pm Eastern. 3 x 20 minute sprint races, no pit stops. Race 1 and 2 start positions are determined by your 2 best qualifying times. Race 3 is in reverse order of the race 2 finish. Points18-16-14-12-11-10-...-1 1 point bonus for pole position and fastest race lap. PenaltiesPenalty for causing an avoidable lap 1 incident is 30% restrictor for race 1 only of the next round.

We'll be trying some candidate cars for the next season: Touring Car Legends (by Bazza). The cars come from this pack (509 MB), or you can download this smaller pack (280 MB) if you only want the cars we'll be driving. Track download: Morgan ParkThe Ford Cortina, Jaguar Mk2, MG-A, Ford Fairlane and Healey 3000 from this pack seem to have comparable pace. Set times in a selection of cars on the practice server, and we'll see how the parity is. We'll do a few 10 lap sprints.

For the next season, I'm considering Touring Car Legends, by Bazza. We've never raced these before on a Tuesday. Car DownloadThe Ford Cortina, Jaguar Mk2, MG-A, Ford Fairlane and Healey 3000 from this pack seem to have comparable pace. If you have any suggestions, post away!

The last race at Cockburn was Bacchulum's 500th Tuesday season race, and the 1st race coming up at San Jose will be my 700th race.

Brad won two of three races, but Scott takes the round win by 2 points from Brad, with 1 race win, 2 podiums and a handful of bonus points for pole position and fastest race laps. Scott narrows the margin to season leader Brad down to only 7 points, with 2 rounds to go.
