I get the PCU warning a fair bit here.At least it's only the PCU and not the CPU.Not sure how old Dicks computer is but if his Photo Conductor Unit is having issues I think its time for that upgrade. It could also be his Primary care unit malfunctioning which seems more reasonable in this case and likely what he meant.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCU Logged Dick Forrest Hero Member Posts: 1309 Karma: 17 Contains traces of nuts! Dick was more on pace and the 3 of us were fairly close. I was able to pass guy which doesnt happen all that often and dick was pressuring us both. Dick still needs to understand how to race nice with others but I predict he will do better and so be involved in accidents further up the pack this round then just hitting those at the back of the pack like he normally does. I just lose the front-end. Need to learn over-steer driving style. Understeer washes off too much speed. Logged Dick Forrest Hero Member Posts: 1309 Karma: 17 Contains traces of nuts! Could break 1:09 maybe...Exige 204R s3I did sneak into the 1:08's but may need to pace myself a bit on the nite to avoid the hello kitty car at Silverstone as thats just a bit too slow there. It has more hope at this track but the long straights at the next round will give a fair advantage to the higher speed cars. The last 3 rounds the elise will be struggling much more so anyone in a z4 there will be lucky to not be lapped. I'm really starting to get used to the 240R step3. Can catch it a lot easier. I'm using its under-steer to my advantage.. I think I am anyway.Like this: The right long handers, I think turns 3 & 4. I'm staying on the gas, turning in hard and the car keeps going forward, only slightly turning, I lift just a touch and the nose comes around nicely. Is that under-steer? Again, after turn 1 through the 's's the last left out of the 's's I stay on the gas through the whole s's and under-steer out of that last left and if it exits good I should end along side the witches hats before that slow left.ok so under-steer wears tyres and slows down top end speed? I find the best cure is slower corner entry and look for better exit speed.
