Cat track(s) should provide more sure footed racing, and reduce the chance of a paw night.
Bathurst is a crash waiting to happen for me too in the faster cars.

After some laps here I wonder is it going to be impossible to learn for those who dont have time to practice.

I am tempted to change it to the track marty ran last night or Brands Hatch Indy

Yeah, I was going to skip it tbh. Today was my only day to practice it and wasn't overly motivated... :(

I prefer Bathurst myself, but Riverside is probably the safer option since a few people were worried about a crashfest.

May I suggest Spielberg Red Bull ring v1.3 from Race Dept. Easy to learn
and looks great.

Agreed, looks great, but people with slower PCs might experience framerate drops when the big bull statue is in view (my usual ~45fps drops to about ~30fps).

When I first joined up there was a lot of discussion about crashfests (actually had me thinking for a while) but I've raced all the races since then and things seem fine. Maybe Bathurst will follow the same course!  :)

Right, I am tempted to make it Bathurst but reduce it to a 30 min race, how many laps would that be and does anyone object

Doesn't worry me whether we race Riverside and then have a sunday Bathurst race or revert back to Bathurst....I still get to race at Bathurst.. ;D
Without further testing about 12 laps for me, maybe 13 if I get a bit more pace.
