How hard is it to take sounds from one car and use them in another car ?
I want to take the sound file from the Sierra RS 5000 and use them in an Escort Turbo because the
Escort sounds are crap.

I think we need to test some of these mods and not just rely on my opinions.It would also be good
if we could add some more cars to Arbath/Caterham races. Sorry Bruce I do not speak HTML.
I know I initially said no "open wheeleers" but the F1 1967 mod is a visual feast and they are quite
driveable. We can add the Renault R8 Gordini to the Arbath etc.

Please submit any car and track you would like to be included in Season 4.
Car selections to be Historic in nature and no open wheelers, at least two cars of similar performance would be good.
Tracks with elevation changes are preferred, flowing or technical.
The long race format will continue.
Is changing cars during the season an issue ?
Please submit any requests in the next 4 days.

I live in Coffs Harbour where the NBN was initially rolled out. I have optic fibre into my unit (no copper wire).
My connection is in theory 50/20 MBS which is verified using online speed tests. However the the best download speed
I have ever experienced is 5MBS from any location. A large file download TEST will give me 10MBS. I constantly experience
buffering with ABC iview and SBS. Netflix is always OK even with HD movies. I have been content to put up with the status quo
as online experience has always been excellent until last Thursday night. I had a disconnect from the server and then Teamspeak
I rejoined and was again disconnected but managed to join last race but without Teamspeak.
I am sure iiNet is using some form throttling to overcome the unmetered use of Netflix and lack of bandwith!!
My download limit on this package is 1terabyte/month.

I think Rf2 has matured with latest release and could now be used for some online racing, there can be some frame rate issues but if you follow this guide http://isiforums.net/f/showthread.php/21983-Live-Performance-Benchmarking-Comparison-for-rFactor-2you should be happy with result. On screen display of fps is cntrl f, cpu utilisation is cntrl c and gpu load is cntrl g. I think it has the best physics of all the racing sims. Would the servers we currently use be able to run Rf2?

Does anybody (other than Flattop) know what the very rare mod to this motor is?.
It powers a 1956 Ford 10 special that was racing at Wakefield Park over the weekend.
