Hey Guys, I'm interested in your comments for a new build I'm going to do very soon...
What do you think? is it a good build or not?
Don't really want to spend anymore than what it is at the moment (about $1,500 all up)
Only games i play are - Battlefield 1 & Battlefield 4
CPU - i5-8400 - Coffelake 1151pin
M/B - B250M-D3H - Gigabyte
SSD HD - 500gb - Samsung EVO
GPU - 6G GTX 1060 MSI OC
RAM - 16GB Kit (8GBx2) 2133 - CORSAIR VENGENCE LPX
Case - VIEW 28 RGB - Thermaltake
I have bits from existing PC which I'm going to put in like CD Rom, 2 x 2Tb HHD etc
Cheers

That cpu will need 300 series motherboard, only Z370 is available atm, this one here being one of the cheapest https://www.pccasegear.com/products/41450/msi-z370-a-pro-motherboard the mid range chipset boards, as in, H370 or whatever are not available yet. Otherwise nice build

you also need a case that supports optical drive (if you want), the view 28 does not

Hey Buellersdayoff - This so going to sound like a silly question, but what does the Optical Drive do on the case?

Yes, any of the z370 boards with a coffee lake cpu. Not sure when they'll be available, but the H370 boards will be cheaper.
You said you have a cd rom drive (optical drive) if you are going to use it then you need a bay/slot for it.
I've changed the ram I accidentally put 8gb in the list previously, it now has 16gb.
