Well after a race like that its customary to thank all and everyone so here it goes:

Thanks to Joe  for not crashing into me,
Thanks  to Wally's Volvo's first gear,
Thanks to Freezer for keeping the trouble away from me,
and lastly

....thanks to my mechanics who showed that random setup changes will pay dividends  ;D

The Nissans are dominant here.  :o

Not sure it will stay like that. Does not feel like the track suits the Nissan. I would say it rather reflects that not many other cars has online practice stats  :)

Ice skating is how I would describe the track.

Disappointed noight!!  Qual with 1.39.3 which was not very good but... hey!!! In race 1 i simply over drive the car and to be honest there was nothing of positive coming out from my drive.Corners 1,3,and the last one a complete mystery to me. But i had a ball regardless i am enjoying this car.  Thx guys!!!

.....next race!!!

Yours seemed so much slower down the straights. Maybe a set thing?

He ticked the Ferrari engine option

First race was going pretty well until Mael took me out

You brake checked me!! and then viciously attached me on the last lap race 2.   :P

Race 2 was fun. I opted for higher pressure on the rear tires at the pit stop in the hope of better tire life and it sort of worked. Lost time/speed against Joe after the stop but gained a lot of time during the last 2 laps. Just needed another 0.02s

Yes, it's always risky taking a mod update while the season's underway, but now with LODs, Bacchulum (and maybe Jamie) can race.

With all the lovely and modern racing sims around with top modern track and fantastic cars.....we still wasting time with early 2000 technology. I would not care any less guys but just saying.....peace guys!!! ;D ;D ;D
Sorry Simone, but my PC is early 2000 technology, that's all it can handle. :'(

Just be glad we not simulating PC out of the 80's instead of the cars!!   ;D  Anyone for pacman?

UPDATE – v1.5 – (19/08/2020)

Seems the officials have received Joe's cheque. I've lost around 9 seconds per lap around Le Mans  :'(

That said the update has made the BMW a lot nicer to drive, a lot more progressive under brakes and smoother suspension. They've just fitted a 1mm diameter engine intake restrictor to spoil the fun!!!!

Long straights and my Mazda didn't seem good. Mael's rocket powered BMW will do well!

Bueller passed me down the straights, be worried about the Falcon, very worried  8)

Race 1 got lucky on the start and found a big gap between me and the field. This allowed me to manage the tyres crossing the line with almost nothing left. I want my fastest lap Wally!

Race 2 was a disaster. Burned the left rear within 4 laps and the early stop did not result in the expected undercut. In fact the hard tyres only managed high 17's at best and deteriorated to 18's as the race went on. Tried to make it as hard as possible for others to pass me but in the end everyone made good, clean overtakes, even Wally on the last corner. I made a spectator spin over the line so I could blame Wally for my poor finish.  ;D

the last few laps with AGK  -> Me  :P. I managed to squeeze past on the final corner, giving his door handle a bit of a bump on the way through which looked pretty harmless, but it made him swerve a bit, so I hope that pass wasn't too forceful.

TLDR , so sorry Mael , I am trying hard to be better.

No to worry Jarmel, I enjoyed the racing.

But I do want to appeal the results. I managed to outlast Jarmel by 200m and deserve to get 10th place  ;D

When it comes to top speed the BMW 635 group C is restricted by its gear ratio on faster tracks.

Don't dare change the BMW power!!!
