Just around the corner. So i should be a natural at this track. I can sense a podium.....If about 20 of you don't show up.Head out on the weekend and 'walk the track' to get an 'edge' on the rest!I have looked at the listing of GB's setups but there isn't one for the Alfa, could some one point me in the right direction or attach on here pls?No setup has been shared for the Alfa. I'm just running default and play with the tire pressures, brake bias and aero a bit. I'm not quick but about where I would expect to be relative to Jeremy and Perch ie about a couple of seconds off their pace. Biggest issue with the Alfa is getting the brake balance right - some tracks it has been good others have been terrible. Getting the frontend to turn in is also a challenge but I have finally found that slow in and hit the power very early works due to 4 wheel drive. There! Some advice from someone who got 6 point last Tuesday...Im not an Alfa driver and didnt really want to help them out but have realized there is no hope anyway. Here is a setup I made for Barbagallo only ran a few laps but it did feel fairly nice and was quicker then other times on RSR atm or at least was yesterday.Time was a 59.352 Logged Gratulin Hero Member Posts: 2159 Karma: 44 Re: S6R6: BARBAGALLO Pre-Race Chat « Reply #17 on: April 30, 2015, 01:51:55 PM » Quote from: marty on April 30, 2015, 01:45:46 PMQuote from: Gratulin on April 30, 2015, 12:47:29 PMQuote from: Flattop on April 30, 2015, 09:17:14 AMQuote from: Dick Forrest on April 30, 2015, 08:52:29 AMThis is my home track. I wouldn't mind seeing how we all fair over the weekend...Or at least how I fair against the lot of you... Done a few laps this morning tuning the Merc, I did 5 laps and the mediums seems to be more happy here. Will have to test 15 laps in anger and see how they hold up.Brilliant little track, I think we might have some good battles with so many on the track racing Logged Wally Administrator Hero Member Posts: 11035 Karma: 152 AC Admin Re: S6R6: BARBAGALLO Pre-Race Chat « Reply #23 on: May 01, 2015, 01:11:56 PM » Quote from: Rolz on May 01, 2015, 12:38:54 PMHey do we have tracker stats running for the practice server? You're better off getting a basically good setup for you and then learning to drive to that setup.
