We had some similar neighbours, you would wake up on a Sunday morning, beautiful day and then the screaming would start, all day. We couldn't even let our kids play outside because the language was really appalling. Their was so much celebrations when they moved out!!!Quote from: Flattop on September 29, 2013, 06:42:10 PMWhen I did up the 63 Marauder, I finished it and first start was about lunch time Sunday, got the picture so far...the car is down the side close to one house, the car has a 390 V8it had at the time, twin exhaust with a 12" hotdog one each back, onlyMy neighbor said her and her daughter almost fell off the dinning chairs when it started heheheheeheheSo from then on, when ever she saw another rod or custom... she would ask: "What is instrument of torture this time?" My whole neighbour hood knew my Datsun 260z well, triple dellortos, loud exhaust and one very excited idiot free reving thinking I was in the 70's. It wasn't until I saw a mate who lived a 2 blocks away said how good my car sounds. I nearly died. I'm very respectful of noise pollution now.Still I reckon an occasional start up etc isn't all that bad, but I was tuning in my drive way which isn't so cool.
