There was nowt wrong with track, with the cars appearing to fly over the hill. Even at 333hz the cars are traveling 10cm per click of the physics engine. As the game has to predict where the other online players car's are they will at least be that far out, let alone that the server only operates at 18hz (a potential error of close to two metres?)
Also updated the link above to the latest version without the yumps in it.

Maserati 151/3 auto shift is handicapped, much too early, physics data is, IMHO, iffy at best.
Ford GT40 Mk1, slowest?
Lola T70 Mk3 GT, fastest?
All four cars are encrypted so can not be fixed. (In the bin!)
