Cold again, will be getting used to the graining soon. Hopefully there are enough corners here to get some temp into the fronts but at those temps I doubt it.

Wally 1 issue that seems quite common on this track is any time people leave the pit a PLP cut track is activated.

Fairly easy to get a cut especially exit of t4 my line is very close there and there are big gains using as much track as possible there.

Seeing f1 pole lines in the past they really abused this section but at least PLP is consistant on the calls and you clearly need to be 4 wheels off track to get a call but 4 wheels on track there is probably .5 slower then 2 off.

I think if you get fully left into the fast lane on exit you don't get the cut.

Thats surely not a good solution. Also possibly a teason I have got the cut every time.

The reason for the cuts is that pit lane at Nurburgring is "dirty" - i.e. it is making your tyres dirtier as you drive down it (in both the KS and the OSRW version with extra pit boxes). PLP (and RSR Rank), regard your tyres as being off-track if they're dirty (which it has to do to counteract a lot of the KS track regions which are waaaay too soft on cutting).

So the fix for this is to download this surfaces.ini and put it in Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content\tracks\nurburgring\nurburgring_osrw\data, overwriting the existing file. This makes the pit lane stop dirtying your tyres.

The server will be using this surfaces.ini on the night, and I'll update Marty's practice sever too. You will get a checksum error unless you update your surfaces.ini.

Nurburgring is an aberration in an otherwise spectacular track list for Kunos.  It's just not up to the same standards as their other tracks.

With the 1.5 patch all tracks are supposedly getting updated to match the quality of the latest tracks.

hey guys!! the brake pedal is not working properly anymore(i wonder for how long  has not been working) it spikes and does not register the l braking level ,,,,meh...its a clubsport fanatec v2,,,,i did sprayed solvent and restart the pedals but to no avail...dead?
