Server is up!

And for race 2, I'll reverse the top 10.

It's so lonely when I'm talking and nobody replies because my mic doesn't work  :( Haha, turns out it was the voice activation not working, I've turned on push-to-talk now and seems okay.

Fun racing, beat my PB twice in the practice getting a 1:26.5 then a 1:26.1. First race qualified 7th but then somehow sat on my mouse and it chucked me out of the server and I came back in last. I then crashed out over the wall of the final turn of lap 2 and got my car suck, had to return to the pits and was a lap down. I passed around 5 people but was still last due to being down a lap (sorry if I pushed you off the track Simone, pretty sure I gave you enough room but I saw you on the grass).

Race two I was so focused on braking before Guy on the last turn after hitting him a few times practice last night that I put a bit too much pressure on and locked up and still hit him. Sorry for whoever else that took out. I sat behind Viper for the rest of the race getting pretty close to him over the finish line.

Third race got tangled up in that accident near the beginning and my car was pretty damaged and slow. Stayed consistent after that right up until lap 10 where I started day dreaming or something, missed my brake marker on the last turn, locked up and over shot it losing a place to Wally.

Feel happy that I'm progressing with my hotlaps almost nearly making it into the 1:25s here, but still need more practice on the actual racing side of things. Getting there slowly though.

This was a great combo - fast car, fast track, the way I like it!
Shame that I just could not keep myself off the walls and other cars, pretty much ever :D

It was good fun, especially turn 1. Some good battles, some good carnage... just what a fun run needs!

I was at the start of a sore throat and opted out. Sorry to have missed it.

So is the fastest way through turn 1 to brake or not?  :) I saw a lot of people braking slightly, but I was just lifting off slightly.
