Don't know which server I was on but all the skins were showing for me.  I was using Freezers in fact, as it is such an awesome skin - the one with all the carbon fibre.

Skin sorted on the practice server at least.  I deleted my local copy, and reinstalled it from the download.  It worked!

I have repackaged all the skins for this season as of todays first post plus the extra couple and uploaded it to mega if anyone wants it from here as the DL speeds tend to be very fast from there. One week I tried to dl the skin package on race nite and it was so slow I gave up so this link may help some others.
