Sounds good to me. How fast is this car? Does it need a fast, flowing track?

I think we should kick off with Gentrack!!

I love Gentrack!

Also, what about that American track mod in among the sand dunes?  That has gone to V1.0 and is apparently really good.

Bridgehampton was the one I was thinking of.  Scratch made and awesome.  No Gentrack, but it's up there.

If you like driving a car that handles like an Airboat from the everglades you are in
for a real treat.

May I suggest a Historic Car feast with a Porsche 906 from http://acmodhub.com/cars/porsche-906/

and a 1966 Mustang from http://acmodhub.com/category/cars/ with the Ford GT40, Lambo Count and Ferrari F40,
plus the Cobra at a track to be determined. It means there is a built in handicap without weight penalties.
The track I was thinking of was Bruno. Some of the cars may not cut it but using Stracker we should be able
work out who drives what. Fastest driver picks the slowest car.

had to change tracks  something weird with Laguna seca, in the first corner it smashed the front end of the cobra, no matter how high I make it

yeah, that's my job not the track's! I am sure they will get to publishing this track themselves, a bunch of U.S.A. tracks would bring a huge market of users, I think.

Is it just me or does the Spyder sounds like it has a tyre rubbing on a guard during overrun and braking?

That is just the blades of the propeller hitting the safety shield.  ;D

What we need is a server tag match trying the different DLC3 cars at Brands. We can just switch servers to change cars.

I just used the free download option with CAPTCHA but Avast did block a harmful file in the process !!

Good fun tonight. New track was great and the server and AC were solid as a rock. Couple of overseas guys jumped around a bit but nothing like it used to.

Really great, close  racing with the Escort and Abarth.

Thanks Phil. The new server handled the 20 cars really well.

Race 2 results are a bit odd, the winner did 7 laps in a 6 lap race yet never led the race :)

Good night O' fun last night.

I don't mind the Escort, but people in the official forums seem to be going gaga over it.  To me it is just a bit too slippery - not that it's uncontrollable - but that it's a bit frustrating as you just feel like you should be able to go faster.

The Abarth was a little beast.  Once the gearing and handling was adjusted to it was quite fun.  It seems like it can almost turn on a dime.  It's the first time I've heard Marty complaining about a slippery rear end upon entry though.

How did you do that, no option to change gearing on my garage?

I meant adjusting to driving around it, not changing the ratios themselves.  3rd seemed too short and 4th too tall for most corners.

Lot of fun last night, great to be back after what feels like a long time off! The little one is 8 weeks now so guess it's around that long.

Escort was slippery as GB said and I found it a bit tricky; was trying to go in slow in and not spin the wheels, but ended up with people closing on me. One of the randoms got too frustrated trying to pass me and spun me around on the last turn of the race loosing me 2 places.

Abarth was loads of fun once I stopped driving it like the Escort and realised how much grip it had. Fist race was going great and go into 4th until the last lap where I put it around the first corner a bit quick and couldn't hold the slide taking some people out in the process (Gratulin?)  :-\

The Abarth felt a bit weird to me at first, with its FWD turn in, but once I started chucking it into the corners more and flooring it once the front wheels were pointing in the right direction, I had a lot more fun with Marty in the final race.

The Escort... it didn't really do that much for me.
